Spotlight Henderson

What a delight to recently re-discover sewing and then be lucky enough to have Katie help me find a pattern, and then fabric and elastic and other things. She was a delight, and I left happy and excited.

Took my mother in law to buy some wool. She was really amazed around the selection. A little bit short on the knitting needles thou. I had to get her out of there because there was so many things she lived and wanted.

I occasionally pop in here for craft/home stuff. There's a huge variety at reasonable prices.nnBut my reason for writing this review is for the staff....NEVER have I ever had such a warm and friendly reception from walking into a store. Just genuinely helpful and friendly staff. There's a lot to be said for job satisfaction when everyone around you is warm, happy, friendly and hardworking. Keep it up ladies

Shocking service! No one would tell nicely where the items I was looking for was. Was given the run around the shop and had to ask at least 3 people before I found it. The knowledge on sewing and crafting items is not good at all. prices are very high! somethings are double other places so now I check all the prices at specialist shops. Please be better next time I like your fabrics range

Such friendly staff in spotlight henderson every time I come to the counter I feel like I’m part of the family it’s such a nice place to go. Plus they have always had what I needed in stock which is a double bonus from me! And even more of a bonus they had fabric with a golden doodle pattern which I needed to get asap so cute
