What a wonderful experience. Went with my sister in law to purchase numerous items, every staff member we came across was just a delight. Started when we first walked in the door, being welcomed, then great assistance in the haberdashery counter, and then the curtain area. All so helpful and knowledgeable. We were so impressed, I definitely will be going back.

It's a good store , has allot of stuff their , way more than I ever thought and covering a large target from curtains to craft to puzzles and games .

If you're after curtains and rollers, definitely go and have a chat with Hema at the Lincoln Road store! She was absolutely amazing in explaining to us everything we needed to be confident in walking away with everything sorted out. We walked in quite unsure, and she was so patient with us and never made us feel bad with all the questions and confusions we had, fully ironed out. We ended up buying everything needed, thanks to her such helpful assistance. A true asset to Spotlight, and we hope next time we need any help that she'll be in the store again. Best place to get your craft needs, especially if you come during their sale time. Staff members are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The shop arrangement ha improved and much easier to find items. A definite one stop shop for all of you your crafts and arts needs and wants. Parking spaces are shared with the other shops in the area.

Took my mother in law to buy some wool. She was really amazed around the selection. A little bit short on the knitting needles thou. I had to get her out of there because there was so many things she lived and wanted.
