There are very few retailers who offer a range of machines like this locally in Australia so I’ll be happy to recommend direct sewing to others. If you're thinking about buying your first industrial sewing machine you should definitely use these guys. After heaps of research online and watching a million YouTube videos... I put in my order. I was feeling pretty confident that I'd ordered the right thing but then I go out a call from direct sewing. They just wanted to check what kind of sewing I was planning to do. When I went to pick up my order, at no extra charge, he had provided me with a few extra bits and pieces that has made my machine even more amazing! Over the years I have ordered hundreds of things online. This was the first time that somebody has phoned me personally to check my order. Super impressed.
