The henderson team is always so friendly and eager to help with whatever your project needs are. Especially good at looking after my granddad and his woodworking shenanigans.

When I walked in, I was greeted immediately... I was trying to source an adaptor for a hole saw. My drill is a 10mm, but I needed a 13mm. Unfortunately an adaptor for this job doesn't exist. I only needed to drill 1 hole, and not really wanting to purchase a new drill for a one off, 30sec job. Despite having a face that looks like it belongs on police 10/7, Gareth did me a solid and let me borrow the stores drill. I didn't have to pay a bond or provide ID. I know this isn't the norm and the interaction took me by surprise in a good way. He was an absolute legend and I'm truly thankful. I was back within 30mins with a box of beers in tow. I am hairdresser and one thing we do better than hair, is talking... I will be talking about this interaction for awhile. Cheers Gareth and Thank you Tool Shed Henderson x

Good team and even better customer service. The guys who work here are amazing and super helpful. I want to thank Matthew who helped me out with my purchase which was tricky as they didn’t know the procedure which was out of our control. He was super patient and cooperative and managed to make the sale considering it was close to the closing time. Thank you for the fantastic customer service! You and your team are awesome! Couldn’t recommend this store enough.

Such a positive experience at this branch. Lovely staff, especially Mary who was very knowledgeable on the products I was interested in.
