Henderson Valley Pharmacy

I haven't been coming here for very long but the staff are fabulous. Some of them know me by name and I'm always greeted well. Doesn't take long for my medicationnto be dispensed. Very happy customer and would highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you for looking after me. I really appreciate it.

My partner and I came in to give a prescription for 4x meds; one being codeine. For his gallbladder pain. When we left the store; I scrunched the bag to make sure that NOTHING would fall out and put the bag in the middle compartment of my car. We got home; my partner opened the bag and noticed the codeine was not in the bag. We drove back to the pharmacy to see if they may have forgotten to put it in the bag. Staff at the counter said “we 100% put it in the bag, you must’ve dropped it”. Me and my partner walked out and looked everywhere outside the store; nothing. On the way back home I called the pharmacy to let them know that we didn’t drop it and staff said “you need to keep looking because we just checked the cameras and we definitely put it in the bag”. That was VERY fast to check the cameras considering we left 2 agoI live on the same street. I said “well I’m going to wait for my car to get back and if it’s not there I will be coming down tmr because this is really upsetting”. 5 mins later; my car gets back, I check it, no codeine. My partner comes out, he’s on the phone with the pharmacy as they called back - lady on the phone said someone had found it outside their store by their flag. I took the phone from my partner and said “we didn’t drop it, I scrunched the bag and put it in my car, if someone at your work made a mistake then they just need to be honest because I would’ve appreciated it but, because they lied I’m upset”. She was really lovely on the phone and I explained that it’s not her fault. Lady dropped it off to my house and apologised. Me and my partner were okay when we first drove back because we understand that it’s late and people make mistakes but, we don’t appreciate the lies and the fact that no accountability was taken. If you made the mistake; you should drop the box off; not the lovely lady who had to sadly drive to my home and apologise on your behalf. Thank you again to that lady; you’re amazing

The newish pharmacist Kwan Park is quite frankly rude, obnoxious and generally just an unpleasant gentleman. Used to go there regularly to support local - prior to his arrival - but this guy gave me the push to start visiting the Chemist Warehouse.....and I won't be back, sad really.

Great service, very helpful and welcoming. Well stocked shop, handy location with easy parking.
