LEE Warehouse

I bought a multi gym from them because it was cheap. However, when I got it, the instructions that were given were full of internal inconsistencies; it asked for bolt dimensions that didn't come in the box; some of the pieces required different bolt sizes that were in the instructions but were in the box; some pieces needed bolts/washers that weren't in either the boxes or the instructions; it would say things like use #24 when the instructions required a bolt but 24 was some other piece of equipment in the back; and a vital piece of equipment was missing. I reached out to them via email after having been in contact with them prior when I didn't require much from them to let them know of the issues and ask for help assembling it. I got no response. After no contact, I decided to go ahead and put it together to see if I could and if the quality of the machine was good. I put it together, and those with me agreed that the decisions I made were correct. Nothing was out of alignment, yet there was an insane amount of friction when lifting the weights not due to things that could be lubed up but because the holes were too small for the object placed on top of the weight stack, and the cables were too short for the machine. The seat was also wobbly. I ended up asking for a refund, but I have had no response. I've heard that some of their equipment is good for the price, so if you're tempted, don't buy online. Instead, go in person and check it out because you might get a dud, and it seems they're banking on people being too far away to have the perseverance to get a refund if needed.

Lee Warehouse was great to deal with. I ordered the wrong plates for my barbell and they actually called me to verify. Their quality of products is awesome also.

Lee and the team at the Manukau showroom were awesome to deal with. Great service and so accommodating.. managed to swap out a few items with their package deals. Good prices and quality. Purchased a heavy duty smith machine functional trainer. Really quick delivery, ordered beginning of the week and received Friday. They also put us in contact with a Yang who installed our smith machine for us today Saturday.. he was so thorough and knew exactly what he was doing.. start 9am done just before lunch!! Definitely recommend Lee Warehouse if your looking for some equipment that won't break the bank!!! Lucky & Helen

The pricing scale was inoperable when its battery went faulty soon after purchase. It was replaced promptly without any issue from Lee Warehouse.nExcellent service!! Tq so much
