However, they don't do refunds only replacement or store credits; of which they put on their membership card. So please choose your items very carefully.

Righto, so I went down to Kings Plant Barn the other day and thought I'd give it a fair go and share my two cents, ya know? Now, don't get me wrong, it's not a bloody ripoff, but it ain't the best place I've been to either, you get me?nnFirst thing's first, the variety of plants they got at Kings Plant Barn is pretty solid, can't argue with that. Whether you're after some bloomin' flowers, bushy shrubs, or indoor plants to liven up your man cave, they got a decent range to choose from. But let's be honest, mate, some of those prices are a bit steep. I mean, I ain't made of money, and I reckon it wouldn't hurt for 'em to have a few more affordable options, you know what I'm sayin'?nnNow, the staff there are alright, fair dinkum. They know their stuff and are happy to help ya out if you're a newbie to plant life. But, I gotta say, the service can be a bit hit or miss at times. Sometimes you'll get a top bloke who's eager to assist, and other times you'll encounter someone who looks like they'd rather be having a cold one at the pub. It's like a lucky dip, mate.nnOne thing I wasn't too chuffed about is the layout of the store. Now, I'm no expert in retail design, but it feels a bit cluttered, you know? Sometimes it's hard to navigate and find what you're after without feeling like you're playing hide and seek with the plants. Maybe they could do with a bit of a spruce up and better organization, just so us bogan folks can find what we need a bit easier.nnBut hey, it ain't all doom and gloom, mate. I gotta give props to the quality of the plants I got from Kings Plant Barn. They were healthy and in good nick, and that's what really matters, isn't it? I've seen some real dodgy stuff at other places, so I reckon Kings Plant Barn at least does a fair dinkum job in that department.nnSo, summing it up, Kings Plant Barn ain't too bad, but it ain't gonna blow your socks off, either. They got a decent selection of plants, but the prices can be a bit steep. The staff are hit or miss, and the store could do with a bit of a spruce up. But hey, if you're after some good-quality plants and don't mind paying a bit extra, it might be worth giving it a go, mate.

I go to this store super regularly, and lots of the very lovely staff know myself and two kids including the super lovely human who was in the staff area at the front while I was trying to leave / waiting. The older lady who was there today was discriminatory and speaking about me so loudly that it could be heard from the far end of the store. I left in tears. What a bloody awful way to treat people.

Bought some seeds and top soil. Good quality top soil. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Parking available. Price is cheap compared to other places.
