Warehouse Stationery (P&C) - Newmarket

I’m very disappointed with the service at Warehouse Stationery today. We came in this morning to do some printing and were told it would take about an hour and a half to two hours. However, when we returned to pick up our prints, the printing hadn’t even started, and later we were told they couldn’t do our printing because the file was too large or something.nThis should have been told us the first time we came in, or they should have called us to let us know I left my phone number. Instead, we ended up wasting over two hours only to find out the printing couldn’t be done. We expected a solution or at least an apology, but neither was offered.nOne of the staff members, named Delphine, was extremely rude. She slammed our USB drive on the desk and walked off to serve other customers. This behavior was completely unacceptable and left us disappointed.nAdditionally, they printed one of our friend’s posters in black and white, even though we specifically requested a color print.nI really hope Warehouse Stationery takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training for their staff

The only worst bookbinding experiences I had since arriving in NZ in 2024. The guy, perhaps of African or Jamaican origin, simply ignored my presence. The more friendly Pakeha got my bookbinding instructions on paper and passed them onto the brown fella, who totally ignored the instructions and did plastic spiral binding instead. When I told him that I want wire binding, he got confused, but had to do it, because his colleague confirmed it. He messed it up very poorly adding big holes to it. I did this at GI with Colour City, but it was finely done with professionalism. This warehouse Stationery needs to get rid of arrogant and proud people from its team. They only bring a negative impact to the business output. I got photos for evidence.

I had a really positive experience today. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and made everything easy. She suggested things I hadn’t thought of, which really improved the end result. Thanks to her, my certificates turned out great!

Thanks to Henok who is such a helpful person with getting my visa photo done. He kindly did all the things I needed in a quick amount of time. Would tip if you if I could but hopefully you are more recognised from this review.

The lady works there with a smile and a great attitude to support the customers. This is my first time seeing printing, binding, cutting, and framing in person, all completed within a short time frame to meet the needs and demands of the customers. She has prioritized the job while serving another customer, juggling everything in a positive way.
