My family and I had the best experience yesterday with Saryu. She really did outstanding work and put big smile on my baby girls face too. She made our day. The best customer service ever recieved. So kind and helpful and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend her promotion. She is the best.

The only worst bookbinding experiences I had since arriving in NZ in 2024. The guy, perhaps of African or Jamaican origin, simply ignored my presence. The more friendly Pakeha got my bookbinding instructions on paper and passed them onto the brown fella, who totally ignored the instructions and did plastic spiral binding instead. When I told him that I want wire binding, he got confused, but had to do it, because his colleague confirmed it. He messed it up very poorly adding big holes to it. I did this at GI with Colour City, but it was finely done with professionalism. This warehouse Stationery needs to get rid of arrogant and proud people from its team. They only bring a negative impact to the business output. I got photos for evidence.

My experience today was very good. I received excellent and helpful service and needed to sit-down after walking in the heat, Saryu offered me the stool behind the counter.nThank you Saryu.

Thanks to Henok who is such a helpful person with getting my visa photo done. He kindly did all the things I needed in a quick amount of time. Would tip if you if I could but hopefully you are more recognised from this review.

Great service. Printing open till 9 pm. Super convenient. And Sariyu in the printing, what a star! Was super helpful to me as a student and guided me various printing stuff. Excellent customer service. Thank you to her.
