THE MOST INFURIATING EXPERIENCE I’ve had in a very long time. I am beyond furious at the sheer level of incompetence and disregard I encountered at Warehouse Stationery. I waited over an hour, yes, A FULL HOUR, for a basic passport photo, which cost a ridiculous $50. And guess what? I STILL didn’t get it emailed to me, even though I asked multiple times and the staff told me they would email it!!!!nnWhat kind of business is this?! It honestly felt like a prank, except I was the one paying for it. Every time I come here, there’s an issue. Every. Single. Time. Whether it's delays, confusion, or flat-out indifference, they always manage to mess something up.nnThe staff seemed lost, untrained, and completely unbothered. No urgency. No professionalism. No clue. I was treated like my time didn’t matter at all. And to top it off, the photo quality? Utter trash. For $50?! Are you serious? I could’ve done better with my phone and a printer.nnIf you can't deliver the most basic service with even a hint of respect or efficiency, maybe don’t offer it at all. Or better yet, shut the whole operation down.nnI’ve had it. Never again.

I just arrived at Warehouse Stationary in Sylvia Park at 7 pm with some urgent printing that could not wait until the morning. On the website it said they were open until 8pm. When I arrived, all the counters were closed and a member of the Warehouse staff, Satwant, explained to me that the counter at stationary warehouse was closed for printing. This created a minor emergency for me as I needed the document. I wanted to commend Satwant for being solution focused and finding a workaround that allowed me to get my printing. She is an excellent ambassador for the company and I wanted to thank her for her help.

Super friendly and helpful staff here at this location, completely unlike Lunn Ave.nnKeep it up, love the positive vibes.

I went to this branch Wednesday 18 September 2024 just before 6pm.nnI second Eric Singh review. If you want to be served by incompetent staff like SAMMY, go there. He had limited knowledge, of what I wanted and was actually arguing with me, he kept saying I don't understand and I said return my documents and I will go somewhere else. You would think another staff member will assist SAMMY, no they continued walking around, as if nothing was happening, common practice at this branch?nDear Warehouse Stationery CEO, your staff require customer service training URGENTLY, in particular, assisting their colleagues.

KELVIN is amazing!!!! Very fast & efficient. He took care of all my printing. The rest of the team is friendly as well ‼
