I took a photo twice yesterday and still waiting for soft copy. The staff promised she will send it and that's why I left the place. She is still sending. ... Its been more than 24hrs.nWill warehouse or the staff will talk to immigration if my kid s passport expires. I have told specifically that I need the latest photo to upload for passport renewal. Have sent email twice and no response yet.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been waiting to visit this place since they moved the shop, but it was disappointing. The shelves were a mess — products were all mixed up. The staff, including the duty manager, had zero knowledge.nnI was trying to buy a value pack for a Dymo printer. It was on the shelf with other units, but the barcode wouldn’t scan, and it seemed the item wasn’t properly loaded into the system. Because of that, they couldn’t sell it to me.in also asked called your head office no action.nnIn addition asked for an older ribbon for a Brother label maker, but they had no idea what I was talking about and showed me wrong products. Instead of trying to help, they just said “sorry” and sent me away.nnI left the shop and wrote this review immediately. The experience was absolutely unprofessional.

Absolutely shocking how hard it is to contact them. Both the warehouse and warehouse stationary either can’t hear the phone or are deliberately ignoring the calls. I’ve been try to contact them since Wednesday this week, and it’s now Saturday. Not the first time this has happened. Has been going on for six months now that their phone doesn’t go through. Ridiculous! Never going here again I’d rather drive to Lunn ave then deal w it h this.

Whenever I print at other warehouse stationary’s im always satisfied but a few weeks ago when I printed some paper, it came out completely the wrong colour paper. I already paid and they printed it again, still wrong. I am not happy with the product despite paying and they told me there was nothing they could do. I will never print here again.

I have previously had no issues here previously working with a young onto it worker - I design prints and often print, frame and then gift them to loved ones or use them for my job. Today I went in to do just that for the fourth time and the usual two young ladies who do my prints weren’t in today. Instead, I had an older Filipino woman and there was another tall tattoo Caucasian woman serving the man to my left. He was having issues printing a passport photo and was told “use that machine over there” - no assistance offered on how that process works etc. When it came my turn in the line - I wasn’t looked at and a “what size do you want” was barked at me … you work in customer service the LEAST you could do is look at your customer I then explained I wanted to see the difference of the two resolutions and had to ask to see the sample book of paper that is always offered to me otherwise. We finally ended on an option as I was having to ask her about certain things rather than any suggestions and then said she can’t print it because there’s a big job so I’ll have to come back. She kept trying to send me to the self serve photo printer too which I never print from because I always use art paper. I understand this time of year is stressful… I worked in retail for ten years but this service was insanely disconnected and disrespectful.
