Mata Gas - Onehunga

If I had checked and read these reviews, I wouldn’t sign up with them in the first place. But now I have paid annual fee. Kinda stuck now. We run a small business and rely on gas. For over two weeks they not deliver despite I called twice in between and got told will deliver asap. We ran out of gas in the end and in a situation where we can’t open the business. I called, they said will deliver asap, like a robot. “When? “”Can’t guarantee. “”How can I do business? “”We’ll deliver asap. “ Shocking. “I said I have to buy a bottle myself then. “You can’t. Need professional to do so.” “So how can I open the door tomorrow?””We’ll deliver asap. “ I don’t understand. Is this acceptable? Scary. And this is the answer I got from compliant line. I feel I was abused. Vulnerable customer can’t do anything.

Worst company and shouldn’t be in business.nWaited over a month for a delivery, ran us out of gas.nMatagas don’t care about their customers, changed to Ongas who have been fantastic well worth the small amount of extra we are paying for a company that will actually turn up in a reasonable time.nIf I could give a zero star I would, wish I had seen all of these reviews before signing up.

I did recieve the credit after 1.5 month later after chasing several times giving them a call for return of my bottles and they wer always guiding like they will get in touch or will credit it today and all sorts of foolish reasons. Then i did dispute the payment and they credited that payment after such a long time. Very dissapointing service.nI am no longer registered with Mata gas and still each month getting invoice of paying rent which is the worst part of tracking

Very bad and unreliable service experience recently. I started with Matagas last year when things were looking good with their delivery of LPG cylinder last year. However since my last two delivery orders finding negligence in their customer service by no care been taken of customer concerns and failing to deliver order with no courtesy or any update on when the order will be delivered by. Understand they rely on some transport service for delivery but I ordered on 18th June 2024 and still after one month no delivery has happened from their side. Even tried calling them twice but seems they dont have any answer as to what they will be doing with LPG delivery. I won’t recommend them to anyone after my last couple of bad experiences with their service. Definitely moving onto some reliable LPG service provider out there.

Garbage company. Absolute garbage. We are new home owners, and we had meta bottles at our house. We decided to go with rockgas because metas website said they arnt taking new clients for auckland, also, they told the prevous owner they wont do the switch. So unannounced, a guy rocks up and he took away the gas bottles leaving my wife with no heating or hot water saying it's company policy. I asked for the bosses number and tried calling him multiple times but he won't pick up or respond to my text. Thank the lord I didn't sign up with them if this is how they treat people. Disgusting company. I don't recommend!
