Welcoming staff, good selection, however that's about it! Staff member completely clueless when comes to basic tool knowledge. Young coworker walking around interrupting and making stupid jokes. Wasn't sure if I'm in a tool shop or a pub. What a waste of time. Bunnings gave me more advice than this dedicated tool shop...
