Big shop with lots of cheap stuff. Feels like a $2 shop but bigger. Good home items, no clothes except undies. Still some empty shelves. Bad things It's hard to find parking, not enough workers, long lines to pay 15–20 mins, and two weird checkout spots.It's still worth a look for the deals!

Is it a fun store? sure. Does it have good prices? sure. Has everything you can think of? yes.nBut after buying a shoe cabinet here, I'm thinking twice before buying any other bulk items.nFirst of all, cabinet didn't come with instructions. Couldn't go back, as I don't live nearby. I emailed but didn't get a reply. I eventually built it without instructions, but the sequence I took was obviously wrong and made building the cabinet difficult.nnSecond, cabinets are NOT made of wood, not even particles of wood, it's made of compressed paper/ cardboard. Which makes me think their other bulk items are made of the same material.nnThird, the screws provided were not long enough to stabilize the structure, had to find and use my own screws.nnSPECIAL TIP bring a tape measure. In shop a lot of their items don't display measurements.

It’s huge. You are sure to get lost in this store. There is so much stuff. From utensils to handtools and artificial flowers to makeup items. You name it they have it.nI liked the variety of study tables and bar stools. All the stuff is so affordable which is a plus in this cost of living crisis.nYou can fill your whole house with items and still not break your budget.nThe staff is super friendly and helpful. They have some system of calling when a checkout is free to serve. Very helpful.nPlenty of parking available around the store.

Yesterday I bought bedside table, was very excited about it. Opened the box, found everything but there is no instructions booklet how assemble the bedside table. There were multiple screws which I have no idea where to use. This is very useless, you guys needs to put instructions booklet, label all the screw where to use. There is just a picture draw on box and you need to figure out according to picture which screw goes where. I tried using it, but ended up using wrong screw and now I can’t use the product , waste of $50. If there was assemble booklet it will be much easier.

I felt disrespected from start to finish.nnI bought a mirror and a dresser and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in New Zealand.nFrom the beginning, the attendant was extremely rude. I was told that they wouldn’t accept any exchange if the mirror had a defect, so I had to open the box at the store — even though it was large and heavy. Only after I asked for help did he reluctantly open it, then left the box on the floor for me to pick up.nI asked questions about both products, but he refused to answer anything before opening the box. When I paid in cash, he said he had no change, and asked me to pay part of it by card while he searched for the rest.nWhen I asked about the dresser, he completely ignored me. His colleague explained the purchase and delivery process instead. After quite a delay, they both brought the dresser to my car, but continued talking in another language and laughing, which made me feel very uncomfortable.nnI honestly felt like they were doing me a favor instead of offering proper service. Rude, unprofessional, and totally disrespectful. I won’t return and absolutely don’t recommend this place.
