Elite Bathroomware Showroom Auckland

We had a fantastic experience with Elite Bathrooms East Tamaki. Josh and Sonya were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in selecting everything we needed for our new home in Whitford. Their dedication and willingness to help truly made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.nnWe would also like to extend a special thank you to Hannah Upfold, the sales representative who looked after us. Her warm personality, excellent customer service, and strong knowledge in the field of bathroom ware made choosing our products easy and stress-free.nnThey also have a great selection of products in store, and the showroom is exceptionally clean and well presented, which made the experience even more pleasant.nnOverall, outstanding service and a great team—highly recommend!

I recently visited Elite Bathroomware while planning my bathroom renovation, and I honestly had a great experience.nnA huge shout-out to Kirill Toptun, the Outlet Manager. From my very first visit, he made sure to come over, introduce himself, and ask if we needed any help. He took the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and recommended products that suited both our budget and the look we wanted. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in his work.nnBefore coming to Elite, I wasn't exactly sure what I needed for my renovation. Their showroom has a huge range of vanities, tapware, showers, toilets, and accessories, making it easy to compare different styles and get inspiration. I ended up buying most of my bathroom products from Elite because of the quality, competitive prices, and the confidence Kirill gave me with his advice.nnThere is one piece of feedback I'd like to share. During all my visits, Kirill was the only staff member who approached us and offered assistance. The showroom has different departments and a reception desk, but no one else seemed to engage with customers.nnLast weekend, I visited while Kirill was off. I spent quite a while walking around looking for a few items, hoping someone would ask if I needed help, but unfortunately no one did. I eventually went to reception and was told Kirill wasn't working that day. Since I couldn't get the assistance I needed, I left without buying anything and came back another day.nThankfully, Kirill was working, and within minutes he helped me find exactly what I was looking for.nnCustomer service like Kirill's is becoming harder to find. He treats every customer with respect, listens carefully, and never makes you feel rushed. He is a real asset to Elite Bathroomware, and I hope the company recognises the value he brings to the business.nnI highly recommend Elite Bathroomware to anyone planning a bathroom renovation. They have a fantastic showroom, excellent product quality, and great deals. If you're lucky enough to be served by Kirill Toptun, you're in very good hands.nnThank you, Kirill, for making my bathroom renovation journey so much easier. Keep up the fantastic work

Excellent after sales service. When one of the taps leaked, the service team were friendly and helpful. They very promptly couriered a replacement tap and sent a plumber to install it. Proactively kept me informed and checked in to ensure I was happy. It was done cheerfully and hassle-free. I totally recommend this trustworthy supplier.

We first used Elite a few years ago when we renovated our bathrooms. We walked into the shop and we were blown away by the service we got from Sonya owner. It was like suddenly having an interior designer to create my dream bathrooms. She was so helpful and so personable, we felt lucky to have found her! Whenever we dealt with her other staff, they were always extremely helpful too. We found that the choice, quality and service of Elite bathroom has always been impressive and I won’t bother going anywhere else. When they say it’s a family run business, they really go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after. So 3 years after completing our bathrooms I needed a single cabinet to match what was already in my en-suite. I promptly got a quote from Sonya and I decided for curiosity sakes to get 2 other quotes. The first quote was almost double what Sonya quoted, and the second quote was almost triple. Whilst a lot of businesses basically rip you off because they can, going to Elite you are getting an honest pricing and paying a fair price which beats other businesses. Everything is eye wateringly expensive these days but you know that if you go to Elite, you have made the right choice and don’t bother looking elsewhere. Top marks to Elite Bathroomware.

An excellent bathroom company to deal with, they have a great range of everything needed for your bathroom in stock. Jackson was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. He also gave us a sharp price. Highly recommend.
