The delivery was perfect even in a hectic buying period. Unfortunately when we opened the package the Basin Lid had been missed due to the chaos of the shortened week. We made both Telephone and email notification. Tracey Baker was our point of contact.

Excellent after sales service. When one of the taps leaked, the service team were friendly and helpful. They very promptly couriered a replacement tap and sent a plumber to install it. Proactively kept me informed and checked in to ensure I was happy. It was done cheerfully and hassle-free. I totally recommend this trustworthy supplier.

We first used Elite a few years ago when we renovated our bathrooms. We walked into the shop and we were blown away by the service we got from Sonya owner. It was like suddenly having an interior designer to create my dream bathrooms. She was so helpful and so personable, we felt lucky to have found her! Whenever we dealt with her other staff, they were always extremely helpful too. We found that the choice, quality and service of Elite bathroom has always been impressive and I won’t bother going anywhere else. When they say it’s a family run business, they really go the extra mile to ensure you are looked after. So 3 years after completing our bathrooms I needed a single cabinet to match what was already in my en-suite. I promptly got a quote from Sonya and I decided for curiosity sakes to get 2 other quotes. The first quote was almost double what Sonya quoted, and the second quote was almost triple. Whilst a lot of businesses basically rip you off because they can, going to Elite you are getting an honest pricing and paying a fair price which beats other businesses. Everything is eye wateringly expensive these days but you know that if you go to Elite, you have made the right choice and don’t bother looking elsewhere. Top marks to Elite Bathroomware.
