If there is 0 star i would give this place a big 0nBought a 4 burners from them 2 weeks ago, the burner is too long for our bench so i decided im gonna go and ask for a refund. Havent installed the burner or take it out from the wrap everything still there. The old lady said they cant do refund and the only thing they can do is giving me credits so i can keep purchasing on their own stuffs because that the company policy. What can i buy from them for 2200$? And she told me that my own business? Very rude customer servicenI looked up online for savebarn company policy and she told me that her place and savebarn are different companies, nothing shared. But why you guys are in 1 building, for customers like us we cant tell if you dont tell us that.nAlso when I walked out she was following me and put up to my face a sign that no refund policy that she took it from THE SAVEBARN COUNTER.nWhy she saying there are 2 different companies but she using the sign policy that she took from Savebarn counter to show me? And there is no sign policy on her counter also she didnt even notice us that when we purchased the itemnnPlease go to the different places to buy stuffs, way cheaper, and better brand products. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

These guys sell junk that's not fit for purpose and have the worst returns policy. They will replace broken items but will not refund, so you can end up coming back again many times for replacements if something is faulty with them still refusing to refund. CGA allows refund if the fault is major but store discretion for 'minor' - how many returns before it's obvious something has a 'major' fault??nStay clear if you need anything functional!

I went to the shop to buy something I seen online. Amazing price, lots of interesting stuff in the store. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent communication, great competitive pricing, Save Barn is a must to check out ~ but be warned you will be tempted with their great deals on offer!!

I’m really disappointed with my experience shopping online with SaveBarn. I paid $30 for shipping on a $79 item, that’s over 38% of the product’s value, expecting fast dispatch and delivery, especially since I’m only around 200 km away same island.nUnfortunately, after three full days, I received no updates, no tracking, and not even a basic confirmation beyond the order email. I had to call them myself just to be told it will be dispatched and they’ll “follow up.” That’s not good enough when every other major NZ retailer manages next-day delivery as standard, especially when charging premium shipping.nThis was an urgent part I needed ASAP, and if I had ordered it anywhere else, it would’ve arrived yesterday. Now I have no idea how long it’ll take, and no confidence in their process.nI wouldn’t recommend SaveBarn for online purchases if you’re in a hurry or expect professional communication. This kind of silence and delay is unacceptable in 2025.
