Savebarn

I recently purchased a trailer from here and the process of purchase was super smooth. I told them that I was coming from down country to collect it 14 hour round trip and they kept me well informed during the process. Upon pickup the two awesome workers knew how far i had travelled and they made sure everything was perfect with the trailer for the long drive back. I've only had it for a couple of day's now and it's already proven to be money well spent. Trailer tows well and is well built and the quality is up there with the more expensive brands.

I like this store. I actually buy my fishing equipments here. BUT I'm noticing that they have a ton of Kmart branded items on sale. They are always double or triple the price Price gouging is not cool. This is some shady business practice happening here. I feel sorry for the customers who buys the Kmart items.

Ordered an item on line but noticed it was a size larger than I thought when I ordered. Returned it unopened. Had to pay for freight which is fair enough but also for a “restocking fee” which was exorbitant. They received it in one day but wouldn’t return our money until we provided them proof of delivery! This was 10 days after they had already signed for it as received in Otahuhu Auckland. Horrible customer service experience all around - overcharged for the item, tried to overcharge us for freight I got a second price at about 1/2 their quote and charged a 10% restocking fee for something they didn’t even know they had received 10 days earlier - Mickey Mouse! Recommend you avoid SaveBarn as you certainly won’t save anything and you will find better deals and service just about anywhere else.

Wow such a variety of high quality products!!! The first time that I visited Savebarn but they will definitely see me again. And their prices is VERY reasonable!!

I went to the shop to buy something I seen online. Amazing price, lots of interesting stuff in the store. Staff were friendly and helpful.
