If there is 0 star i would give this place a big 0nBought a 4 burners from them 2 weeks ago, the burner is too long for our bench so i decided im gonna go and ask for a refund. Havent installed the burner or take it out from the wrap everything still there. The old lady said they cant do refund and the only thing they can do is giving me credits so i can keep purchasing on their own stuffs because that the company policy. What can i buy from them for 2200$? And she told me that my own business? Very rude customer servicenI looked up online for savebarn company policy and she told me that her place and savebarn are different companies, nothing shared. But why you guys are in 1 building, for customers like us we cant tell if you dont tell us that.nAlso when I walked out she was following me and put up to my face a sign that no refund policy that she took it from THE SAVEBARN COUNTER.nWhy she saying there are 2 different companies but she using the sign policy that she took from Savebarn counter to show me? And there is no sign policy on her counter also she didnt even notice us that when we purchased the itemnnPlease go to the different places to buy stuffs, way cheaper, and better brand products. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I’m really disappointed with my experience shopping online with SaveBarn. I paid $30 for shipping on a $79 item, that’s over 38% of the product’s value, expecting fast dispatch and delivery, especially since I’m only around 200 km away same island.nUnfortunately, after three full days, I received no updates, no tracking, and not even a basic confirmation beyond the order email. I had to call them myself just to be told it will be dispatched and they’ll “follow up.” That’s not good enough when every other major NZ retailer manages next-day delivery as standard, especially when charging premium shipping.nThis was an urgent part I needed ASAP, and if I had ordered it anywhere else, it would’ve arrived yesterday. Now I have no idea how long it’ll take, and no confidence in their process.nI wouldn’t recommend SaveBarn for online purchases if you’re in a hurry or expect professional communication. This kind of silence and delay is unacceptable in 2025.

I ordered 6 each green rubber backed mats online from SaveBarn on 18th December, 2024. What SaveBarn sent me were 6 each black industrial quality rubber mats.I was unable to personally return these items back to SaveBarn in Auckland, so I couriered the mats back to Auckland SaveBarn, - while they refunded the original cost of the mats, they have refused point blank to refund the NZ Post Courier charge back to me of $62.50. This was advertising deception on the part of SaveBarn, - it was their mistakes, - all at my cost.

Went instore to purchase items which I was told they had run out of, that it could still be showing in stock for other stores in the country and was advised to purchase online.nnPurchased online - only to find the items were picked up the next day from the same exact store Otahuhu the lady said they ran out of.nI wouldn't have wasted my time and gas, had I just gotten the items the first time.

I have given them a 1 star but if there was -10 star that is what I would have entered.nPurchased a 65cc Backpack Weedeater Brushcutter 3in1 Petrol Pole Trimmer Weed Eater TITAN.nnIntense Vibration: The machine vibrates so severely that it is extremely difficult to hold and use effectively.nnDesign Deficiency: The line holder design is problematic and difficult to attach, further impairing the usability of the product.nnMissing Components: The product package was missing a bolt and nut, rendering it incomplete and non-functional as supplied.nnHaven't had it for seven days and could I get a refund? No.nThere return policies doesn't allow that and if I had known I would never have bought that product.nnNOTE: Don't buy anything from Save Barn knowing you can't get a refund
