Tile Warehouse Penrose

We ran out of tiles partway through the job and had to purchase and pick up the same batch that day. Orakei branch organized it and sent me off to Penrose pick it up. Dealt with Zac at Penrose and received excellent professional service.

I have just purchased tiles for my kitchen. The service I received from Jhanvi Thakkar was outstanding, she was very professional, helpful and polite always with a ready smile. She was a delight to deal with, she is a credit to your company Tile Warehouse.

Lovely friendly and very helpful staff, who showed us several options and asked us what our lead time was. Because we wanted to take them that day, they sourced what the warehouse had for us to choose from. We then drove down the driveway to collect our purchase from a very busy but incredibly efficient and organised warehouse. Very happy with our purchase!

Monday 17 April 2023. Popped into Tile Warehouse Penrose this morning and had same 5 star experience with sales staff displaying knowledge and expertise to help me out. Great value tiles and selection. Loaded up the car with purchases and left with a smile and mightly impressed.nn2021. Fantastic service and great range of product.nI had to purchase extra tiles from a discontinued product line.nMay the salesperson was awesome and sourced exactly what I needed from both Penrose and Wairau Park outlets.
