Joel was amazing—super helpful, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to let me know my options when I needed something printed. I’ve had some pretty shocking experiences here before with staff who were not so confident or not properly trained, unaware of the services they advertise. Joel hope I’ve got the right spelling has changed that for me. I’m giving a 5-star review because of him and will come back. I’d recommend coming in on weekends when he’s working if you needed something printed, copied framed etc. he’s super onto it!

I had an excellent experience with Pragya at Warehouse Stationery Royal Oak. She was kind, patient, and meticulous while assisting me with specific-sized prints. Her attention to detail ensured the results were perfect, and her customer service is truly outstanding!

Came in for some printing Xmas Eve, Pooja gave such awesome customer service and was really patient with me, she cared about the customer and the result, thanks so much on what is a very stressful and manic time of year, awesome!

Totally useless .. always people behind the counter … but no service! … don’t know why I even go there always the same nightmare. Tried to print some photos today - they made me download and an app last time this time that doesn’t work anymore not that it did they have a new system .. QR codes and online - which doesn’t work either … customers all trying to help each other with no success - finally one of the staff came - after fiddling with all my phone settings they couldn’t get it to work either …nDon’t waste your time going there - and I’ll try to remember that too.

Staff don't care. Just paid $55 to print flyers and asked if I could use their paper cutter. Staff said no. I said, can I pay you to do it. She said no. Apparently my flyers are too thin but 3 days ago it was absolutely fine at another branch and I showed her that.nnShe didn't care. Pathetic
