The slowest place I’ve ever been to. Every single time I come it’s so so slow. There is always only 2 people working and there is lines waiting for upwards of 5-10 minutes just to check out. Managers clearly don’t understand staffing requirements since there is always people waiting. Ive left and purchased my good elsewhere on a couple occasions because it’s so slow. I see other customers doing the same.nSuch a shame because it’s in a handy location.

Served by Joel today. Stressful morning as best man and getting sent my grooms speech morning of the wedding unformatted. Was incredibly patient and helpful in printing and cutting flash cards. Went over and beyond what he needed too. Cannot stress how much this meant. Cheers fella!

I had a poor experience with the print due to unreasonable pricing. They charge 20 cents per A4 page, which is fair, but then add a $1 per file charge just to open the document, labelled as a file handling fee. This fee is excessive and not justified. I printed 7 pages, the printing itself cost $1.40, but the file handling fee alone came to $5. The handling fee was far higher than the actual printing cost, which does not make sense and feels like overcharging. I advise other customers to contact head office and complain about this charge, and to ask about all extra fees upfront before using their service.

I recently visited at the shop to take a passport-size photograph. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service provided.nnThe photo was not cut to the correct passport size, and additional space was left around the image. I was asked to cut the photo myself using scissors, which I found unprofessional.nnAs this is a paid professional service, I expected the photo to be properly cut according to the required specifications.nnI hope you will consider this feedback seriously and improve the service quality in the future.
