Totally useless .. always people behind the counter … but no service! … don’t know why I even go there always the same nightmare. Tried to print some photos today - they made me download and an app last time this time that doesn’t work anymore not that it did they have a new system .. QR codes and online - which doesn’t work either … customers all trying to help each other with no success - finally one of the staff came - after fiddling with all my phone settings they couldn’t get it to work either …nDon’t waste your time going there - and I’ll try to remember that too.

Ordered online with store pickup. No text, no call, nothing to say the order was ready to be collected.nAfter calling to check and being bounced between different people who had no idea what to do, I was just told it was there. No apology, no details, nothing. Worst service ever. Not looking forward to collect the order...

The staff seem more interested in each other than serving customers. Had to break into a 3 way social event to get service. On the positive side, the budgie seemed cheerful. Although he might have been trying to escape like the rest of us.

Staff don't care. Just paid $55 to print flyers and asked if I could use their paper cutter. Staff said no. I said, can I pay you to do it. She said no. Apparently my flyers are too thin but 3 days ago it was absolutely fine at another branch and I showed her that.nnShe didn't care. Pathetic

I just want to say. If you don’t want to work on weekends or don’t want to work at all. Don’t be on the front counter, because you need to communicate with customers and your attitude and body language will reflect upon your professionalism. Everyone there seems unhappy to serve anyone. Never coming back here. Only reason I had to come here because I had to print something quickly. I’ll stick to my local warehouse stationery where they make you feel welcomed.
