Served by Joel today. Stressful morning as best man and getting sent my grooms speech morning of the wedding unformatted. Was incredibly patient and helpful in printing and cutting flash cards. Went over and beyond what he needed too. Cannot stress how much this meant. Cheers fella!

I had a poor experience with the print due to unreasonable pricing. They charge 20 cents per A4 page, which is fair, but then add a $1 per file charge just to open the document, labelled as a file handling fee. This fee is excessive and not justified. I printed 7 pages, the printing itself cost $1.40, but the file handling fee alone came to $5. The handling fee was far higher than the actual printing cost, which does not make sense and feels like overcharging. I advise other customers to contact head office and complain about this charge, and to ask about all extra fees upfront before using their service.

Four hours ago, I went to a warehouse to buy headphones. I first showed the clerk a pair of headphones with my phone. I asked if they would fit my phone, but he said no. Then I showed the clerk my phone and asked if they had any compatible headphones. He initially recommended a $90 pair, but it was too expensive. I asked if they had any under $60, but he told me to look elsewhere while he went to chat with his colleagues. After I pleaded again, he finally found a pair and said they would work with my phone, so I bought them. But when I opened them at McDonald's, they didn't fit at all. I went back to explain, but the clerk was extremely rude, impatient, even angry, saying they wouldn't fit my phone and told me to leave. I didn't argue, I just tried to explain, but they sent several people to chase me away. They had clearly recommended the headphones, but I felt disrespected. I won't go back to that warehouse; the employees' attitude is disgusting.

Appalling customer service. Didn't listen to my requirements. When I repeated my requirements with guidance, I was ignored. When the lamination was complete, it was not what I asked for. To add insult to injury, he charged me twice the amount advertised on the website. I am often asked to join my partner to go with her to this Warehouse Stationery to print something off, and I know instantly my day is ruined. The staff here do not know how to do anything and have no desire to learn. I often wait at the counter for what feels like hours, watching my will to live slowly evaporate. This place reminds me of purgatory, my patience, my relationship, and possibly my soul can’t take much more. I need another solution
