Went to pick up a click and collect. Was dealt with asap, loved that. Wondered around the shop and found a great sale. Love spotlight, always randomw specials, great to see them celebrate easter nice shop and always clean.

I had the most wonderful service in the balloon department with an employee named Jessika. She took time to show me how to make helium balloons and gave me great advice even though they were about to close. Never had a more pleasant experience with an employee. Outstanding customer service!!!

Wide variety of items available to fulfil home needs. From bedsheets to kitchen utensils, clocks, curtains, loose cloth to stitch your own clothes. The location is excellent. The store is huge. You will definitely find what you need for your home.nThe carpark has always some spots available for parking.nThey have introduced self checkouts as well but I would prefer for staff to serve purely due to size of items.nThe staff is super friendly and helpful.nLots of specials on items. Ensure you are a member of their club to avail the discounts. The entrance is welcoming and store is well presented.

Today I am so impressed by the staff who is an Asian lady works in curtain section .Her friendly approach made me feel comfortable, she really listened to what I was looking for give recommendation to me and explanation was clear and concise. Thank you for her assistance to help me find the perfect solution. She is a valuable asset to Spotlight.

Quite disappointed today when Jessica made no effort to greet or acknowledge us. They only asked for a phone number and tossed our receipt onto the table without a word or glance. Their tone came off as rude, disinterested and seemed much more interested in chatting with coworkers than serving us. It put a damper on the visit, especially considering how friendly and helpful other staff have been in the past.
