Wouldn’t normally say something but I felt compelled to…. Just had June from the curtain department help us. As first home buyers, we had no idea what we needed. My partner and I walked away both saying how amazing, knowledgeable and helpful June was. She’s is worth her weight in gold and was so helpful, attentive and seemingly single handedly running the department as well. Best customer service ever. I hope she reads this and knows she absolutely made our day

Wide variety of items available to fulfil home needs. From bedsheets to kitchen utensils, clocks, curtains, loose cloth to stitch your own clothes. The location is excellent. The store is huge. You will definitely find what you need for your home.nThe carpark has always some spots available for parking.nThey have introduced self checkouts as well but I would prefer for staff to serve purely due to size of items.nThe staff is super friendly and helpful.nLots of specials on items. Ensure you are a member of their club to avail the discounts. The entrance is welcoming and store is well presented.

This place is jam packed, aisles are full of Christmas products. Finding stuff and moving around is difficult. However staff were friendly and helpful and showed me where to find items I wanted. The bonus of being do full is that it probably will have what you need. It's got a lot more then just haberdashery which surprised me. Plenty of free parking.

Terrible customer service every single time I go there so it isn’t a one off. It’s not hard to be friendly to customers, speak with a helpful tone of voice. Staff members see you looking around for help and just ignore you. When you do ask for help they act like it’s an inconvenience and you disrupted them from packing things on the shelves which they are always doing store is so crowded and overstocked. I asked a question, she looked grumpy and like she couldn’t be bothered. They are all like this. I really think there is a serious culture problem because the staff are ALWAYS miserable and I visit the store every 2-3 weeks. Please do better. The products are amazing which is what makes me return but the customer service is seriously lacking.
