The best shisha retailer in nz! The best staff and service and they have a huge range of flavours and hookah German pipes and definitely the best prices! Best experience Thankyou! They also have free shisha going from 6:30-8:30 every Thursday so you can try something new and make the most of their promotions on that day!

I was ordering consistently from these guys and never had an issue until paying for a large order $600+ in 2022 then they fully ghosted me. Stopped replying to messages, emails etc. Ive been asking for a refund for over a year and have yet to receive any response. Such a joke to be doing this to people in this kind of economy!!

Amazing products. Staff are very accommodating and will help out as much and give honest opinions. Also have a thursday free trial of flavours which gives you better ideas to mix flavours!

I visited House of Zayne for the first time today. The team is absolutely fantastic with an almost boutique type service when you’re in the store. I will certainly be returning to buy all my Hookah supplies from them in the future.
