Wait time was shocking! Took me over 30mins to pick up already printed photos. One staff member, a middle aged asian man who was at the counter, was on his phone the whole time. Meanwhile, there were a line of customers waiting to be served. When I asked another staff member, if he was available to serve customers- she replied yes, and then didnt even try to prompt him to get off his phone? Terrible customer service and so slow.

Under staff. Had to wait more than an hour to get some print outs. Photo service is not available most of the time. People in the counter doesnt care about people waiting. Must be improved. Worst experience.

Extremely slow even though there was only like, 5 people and enough staff to help around. Older lady was extremely rude and looked angry the entire time, the man was way too slow. There was a younger lady who was nice but the others and the wait time made it unbearable. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to print 1 photo when there are barley any customers.
