Walked in today to get help with printing a specific project that requires a lot of time and attention to detail. We had help from the staff member named Areta and he was super amazing ! Accommodating, explaining each step thoroughly and even going over pricing and cheaper options which you appreciate as a customer. Literally the best service I’ve had in any retailer in a very long time

One of the most horrible customer service experiences I’ve had was in the printing area at Stationery Warehouse Manukau. The young girl wearing eyeglasses was very rude when speaking to customers. She was short and young, but the way she talked to me was very disrespectful. I was really disappointed because I’ve been coming here for a long time to print my documents. Staff should be taught proper manners and how to speak politely to customers. I understand that there was a queue, but that is not an excuse to speak in a rude and loud voice.nThankfully, some of the other staff members were still kind and helpful and assisted me with what I needed, unlike her!

The staff is very respectful and friendly and they are following all the process of the storenIt is very convenient to access this store and get the job done for the printing process. You have to email on their email ID, and they will print it out for younnOther than that, you will find all the stationery itemsnnThe place is ready, affordable, and neat and tidy.

Went in to get stuff, Sunday morning. Staff were just hanging around talking , customer service 101, totally lacking. Asked a lady what I was looking for, she pointed to a direction, not uttering a word. I wonder why some people want to work in retail.

Under staff. Had to wait more than an hour to get some print outs. Photo service is not available most of the time. People in the counter doesnt care about people waiting. Must be improved. Worst experience.
