Staff are appalling!!nMiddle age Indian woman was very rude and couldn’t be bothered serving anyone! Made no attempt to acknowledge the small handful of customers that were waiting in the queue. Not sure exactly what she was doing as she was walking back and forward from the office and continued fluffing around underneath the front counter for a few minutes, all the while ignoring us customers in the queue. It was only when a customer confronted her about her actions she became very defensive and made him feel like he was in the wrong.nnPlease lady, if you’re going to be in a customer facing role then it’s in your best interest to put your customers first!nnVery sad to see the decline with the Warehouse group in recent years, but people like this are certainly not doing anything to help it's cause!

Under staff. Had to wait more than an hour to get some print outs. Photo service is not available most of the time. People in the counter doesnt care about people waiting. Must be improved. Worst experience.
