Came in as soon as they opened, the lovely Minaxi served us straight away!! We needed booklets for a funeral on same day and what we thought would be a complicated job, Minaxi made it very simple and easy! She was able to do exactly what we wanted within 5 minutes!!nHow wonderful!!!nThank you so much Minaxi!!! You were amazing!!!!

0 customer service at print and copy station. I waited in line for 15 minutes. When it came to my turn I was completely ignored while the server went to the back and started working on other orders. After 10 minutes another sales worker served me. I wanted a quote for copying and binding as soon as I said the word “binding” I was met with “oh our binding machine is broken!” I then answered its not for today I just need a quote for 30 books to be printed and binded. “Oh it’s all on our website!” I then asked for a proper quote on paper for 30 pages - she did not listen to what I wanted. Didn’t even offer what type of quality paper was available ie 100gsm - when asked to see wire binders she said we have nothing! I was given a written quote on a post it note - so unprofessional - very disappointing:-

Under staff. Had to wait more than an hour to get some print outs. Photo service is not available most of the time. People in the counter doesnt care about people waiting. Must be improved. Worst experience.

On Friday, I went to buy a printer for my home purposes, I was served by one of the employee called Muhammad. One thing I have to say it was the best service I have ever get in my life, not only I end up getting a quality printer but the way he explains me about printers was really impressive and satisfying.nnHighly recommend Muhammad service if u buys any tech stuff in Manukau store

I was given the best service at the printing counter today. The staffers name was Sukh. He went above and beyond helping me with some pretty niddly stuff. This was the second time I was lucky enough to have him serve me, this month, so there you go. He's awesomely consistent. I hope Management read these reviews and reward or acknowledge their staffs efforts accordingly.
