Warehouse Stationery East Tamaki

I visited the Royal Oak branch during peak traffic hours to purchase ink. However, they were out of yellow ink and asked me to pick it up from the East Tamaki branch. I drove 35 minutes to get there, only to find that the manager couldn’t provide the ink because it was a click-and-collect service. She spoke with the staff at the Royal Oak branch on my phone, who insulted her and still couldn’t resolve the issue. I explained that I needed the ink urgently to print out some contracts from my laptop at home. But she keeps saying that is clicking &collect. Okay, I understood you, I didn’t complain about it. The manager left my phone number and name, promising to call me early the next morning. However, it’s now 23:45PM, and I haven’t received a call. The yellow ink is just sitting on their shelf. And I couldn’t get it. I understand their process, but it’s frustrating that a single ink couldn’t be resolved by a manager.nnUpdate 31.Jan, I’m currently at the Royal Oak store to get a refund. The “lady Manager in East Tamaki” informed me that I couldn’t get a refund from their store and that I had to return to the store where I purchased the item. I drove back for another 30 minutes and discovered that she wasn’t the manager in East Tamaki. The manager should be a male. Why did the boy at the counter point to her as his manager? Your company treats customers like idiots. She even called other staff members “idiots.” This is my first complaint in my entire experience, and it’s completely unbelievable.nGood luck with your business.
