Warehouse Stationery East Tamaki

I was searching for staples, for a specific type of stapler, and spotted this warehouse, whilst walking my daily routine of making 10km. A customer care staff, Ajay, at this shop, was quick at asking me if I had picked the correct size. He was extremely polite and surely an asset to the company. Great on you, Ajay. The shop is very clean and friendly in space and layout, with clear markings of where specific items are.

Great service with a smile too. They were busy and were so kind to accommodate our printing request as my sister needed to catch her flight later. We got print out copies of our family genealogy printed out with binding too. The lady there was great and would like to commend her excellent customer service - thanks heaps!

I went to the store after i could not get them to anwer the phone many times, just to get a per page price for scanning as i had a few packs to scan. The printing division even in the past isnt super helpful, you always wait long. Its asif they just there to get a pay. After prepping the pack for may hours, removing staples, flattening pages, etc. to make it easy for them to scan they still wanted me to count the pages so i can get a quote from them! Isnt that the job of the people wanting the business to quote? Even spoke to the manager, more excuses than really wanting to help. Its time for competition on this island. I am hoping the actual owner of this business group reads these reviews and hopefully cares enough to appoint people that want to help the public. Hopefully this email will help to get the not so helpfull ones out the door. Its a company that is suppose to support businesses with good turn around times, telling me they will need 2 weeks to scan the 9 packs. I'll do it all in one hour with those machines and ive been working 30+ years in a office so i know what i am talking about. They not worried if they get your business or not, they paid either way! Maybe its time the owner takes charge, i cant see that any of the staff in WS seems very excited or happy to work there. Maybe give the work to those that want to work.

Im a regular visitor to the East Tamaki Warehouse Stationery.nnJust want to say THANK YOU to Rashmi, who always goes above and beyond to serve me, including carrying heavy objects. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and Im super grateful to be served by someone who is always cheerful and friendly, knows where everything is in the shop, and isnt afraid to schlep it out for me. Wonderful wonderful experience.

This was a disastrous service experience.nnAt the checkout, the payment machine clearly displayed multiple payment options. However, the staff member an Indian lady insisted that there were no other options available besides EFTPOS. She did not seem to acknowledge that she might be unfamiliar with the system, and instead dismissed the issue.nnHonestly, I almost asked to speak to the manager to clarify the payment process for her. It appeared to be a lack of training rather than a system problem. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and decided not to escalate the situation.nnWhat makes this even more unbelievable is that my total purchase was only $1 for a thank you cardnnDespite the minimal amount, she insisted that I sign the back of my credit card immediately. She handed me two pens and instructed me to sign it on the spot. The pens did not even work properly, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary, uncomfortable, and excessive. I was more than willing to enter my PIN or show ID if required.nnI have used this same credit card in many countries around the world without issue. This is the first time here that I have felt embarrassed and treated in such an unprofessional manner, especially over a $1 transaction.nnThis experience reflects a serious lack of training and customer service standards. I hope management takes this seriously.
