He has enormous product knowledge, and he can convey features, advantages and benefits as they relate to all the many printers that are on display. First time using their printing service to print invitations and I gotta say, I walked away a very happy and less stressful customer. Was assisted by staff member named APII, she was efficient and has excellent knowledge of their products, explained the process in detail and at the end we were nicely surprised at the affordable prices. Didn’t know they could do everything on the spot you choose the thickness of the card and print your own design etc. Really impressed by their services we well as the excellent help we received from team member Apii.
