My recent experience at Anime World left me deeply disappointed with both the customer service and pricing policies. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an atmosphere of disorganisation and indifference from the owner. Despite being the only customer present, I received minimal acknowledgment and assistance from the employees, who seemed more engrossed in their personal conversations than attending to customers' needs.nnFurthermore, I was shocked by the prices of the items on display. While I understand that specialty stores may charge slightly higher prices due to the niche nature of their products, the markups at Anime World were unjustifiably steep. Basic merchandise such as keychains and posters were priced well above market value, making it clear that the store prioritises profit margins over customer satisfaction.nnIn addition to the inflated prices, the lack of transparency regarding product origins and quality was concerning. Despite inquiring about the source of certain items, the staff provided vague and evasive responses, leaving me uncertain about the authenticity and durability of the products.nnOverall, my visit to Anime World was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The combination of poor customer service and excessively high prices makes it difficult to justify returning to this establishment in the future. I hope that the management considers this feedback and implements measures to improve both the affordability and professionalism of their services. That however itself isn't adequate to supersede the fact that you obviously unknowingly raise prices...

I love this store, I have purchased through this site for 3 years and have not once been disappointed. The staff are lovely and friendly and assist you promptly. Thank you everyone at igamer you guys are AMAZING keep up the great work.

Good customer assistance and very good products but ver overpriced compared to other stores around Auckland.

Great little Anime shop with heaps to offer and great friendly staff. They had just what I needed
