The wait times are absolutely unacceptable. Warehouse management should conduct a surprise visit to see what is really happening.nnThere are numerous negative reviews, yet it seems that no action is being taken. Customers are waiting up to 45 minutes, and at times there is only one staff member on duty, working very slowly with little visible effort to improve the situation.nnThis level of service is extremely disappointing and needs immediate attention.

Never enough workers. Been coming here for 3 years and has never changed.nSystem has been changed also which doesn't allow to make adjustments on request.nWas great before but now the wait is just ridiculous. I doubt owner will do anything to make this better for Takanini. Service is average but not really happy people, yet I understand why when service is slow u definitely are going to get people in a mood. Im now inline again with 12 people waiting and 1 service work attending.

They really do need better systems and more staff as the wait is always silly and the shelving system in this part of the store sucks - it never used to be this way when they were a separate store. Very sad.nHowever today I was helped by Larissa who felt my panic at a product being out of stock seemingly everywhere and calmly offered the probable reason why and helped me find a replacement. A lady Muskan on print and copy desk ruined my day. She is really useless. Warehouse management is really failed to select right candidate for this position.nThere are many others better than her who deserve this place. She keeps bad attitude, disrespectful behavior while talking to customers.nI requested her to assist me to get the photographs. Coz I never used that system before She refused to help me. She intentionally wanted to ruin my prints and she succeeded.nPlease kick her out we don’t wanna see her anymore. Im definitely gonna say others to avoid shopping there.

Went to use the self service printer to print in A3 but my printing printed in A4 so I checked if there was any refill paper for A3 and there was none so I asked the Indian lady at the counter and she went to check to refill and then told me they don’t print in A3 and I’d have to send it to them.nn“With printing from just 15c, you can print in black or colour on A3 or A4 80gsm paper.”nnClearly stated on the website that A3 can also be on the self service printer. Had to pay $2 extra on top of the misprinted page just for a singular A3 paper
