Warehouse Stationery Takanini

5 stars for stock & availability.. 1 star for customer service.. prepare to wait in the line for a minimum of 30mins to be served!!!!... this has been a ongoing issue at this store, hence 2 star rating.

It was a frustrating experience. The staff didn't seem to value customers' time, and it was clear that they could use some proper training. My One photo print took over an hour, which is unacceptable. It felt like a complete waste of time. They really need to improve their efficiency.

Service is so bad, the reputation of warehouse stationary is getting down and down. I went twice for my 4 months old daughter passport picture. First time something happened to camera second time one of them click the photo but photo didn’t meet the NZ passport requirement. If they can’t do it they need to tell. I waste my time and my money. And they did not answer the call I am trying from the morning.

We went here to get a beer mug printed for Father’s Day gift they said it would take 2 hours to get ready. We went back the following day around 3pm on Father’s Day and they had told us they ran out of stock and there’s nothing they can do about it. I understand it can get busy around these times however a simple phone call to say the gift wasn’t going to be ready isn’t difficult. Our Father’s Day was ruined as we didn’t have the gift we expected to be ready prior. We went back on Monday and still it wasn’t made. We had to wait another hour for them to make it. The staff were very rude and not accomodating and lacked basic customer skills. If I can only give zero stars I would!!

Please don’t visit them specially for lamination. Today had a very bad experience. I went for getting few documents laminated, lamination sheet was very dirty and all the dirt got trapped inside lamination, giving very bad look to my original documents. When I asked service agent Mr. Paula for opening and do the lamination again, he simply replied that he can’t open as it will rip off my document and can only refund me price for one document. Do you think refunding is the solution of your bad service. You guys have no right to damage customers’ invaluable documents. If you can’t do your job properly, please don’t do it.
