With respect, this store could use some employee development regarding customer service and communication skills. I approached in a friendly manner only to receive no acknowledgement upon walking up to the counter and a slightly annoyed disposition when it came to fulfilling customer needs. It is very obvious the employees on shift when I attended 01/06/26 7pm were not interested in being there or providing efficient service and were not impressed with any customer presence. Coming from someone who has worked in customer service, this was a less than pleasant experience. Will not be returning.

I feel bad for the employee here. She is by herself doing everything and when my daughter had a passport photo taken it took us an hour to wait and another 30mins for the picture to be printed.nnNever again~nthe wait is too much. I would say it is better to go to Sylvia Park there is also a passport photo service. Never again

Went to take a photo for passport and it took 1.5 hours of wait. Two staffs there are working so slow.. Then they took the photo in a phone and send to me. The photo was full of noise.and no clarity.. I asked them why not using a camera and they said the camera is broke for a month.. I wondered a place like warehouse Stationery, how can they be so unprofessional and can't even replace a camera for a month.

The wait times are absolutely unacceptable. Warehouse management should conduct a surprise visit to see what is really happening.nnThere are numerous negative reviews, yet it seems that no action is being taken. Customers are waiting up to 45 minutes, and at times there is only one staff member on duty, working very slowly with little visible effort to improve the situation.nnThis level of service is extremely disappointing and needs immediate attention.

Long lines & no staff just single person handle everything. I order pic by fotofinish app but every time they have not ready order Which is show ready to pick .
