Nice little library... located in the central village walking distance from St Heliers Beach.... Freshly renovated and neat.nnOnly downside is there are no quite rooms at all. Has a good selection of books with dedicated spaces for kids computers etc... Staff are friendly and it has a peaceful atmosphere. It's a great space.nnThey run a number a number of events for young children such as drop in Lego play and various arts and crafts events during the holiday program.
I thorougly enjoyed the general vibe that i got from this libary, it felt like the books were literally speaking to me and the knowledge was absorbing into my brain through my ears. The only thing that stoppedd this liary from getting a 5/5 rating was the lack of a sielt study room;,,,,
The St Heliers library is the only great public heritage building remaining in this bay. It's looked after well. The books and the staff are outstanding. Recommended.
Air-conditioning and the staff are so great fully helpful
Take the book and read on a bench. Just beautiful.nIt's open too.
