Mt Roskill Library

Living in the neighborhood for over 5 years, this is my first time to take advantage of this public facility.nnThank you very much for the service nnThis is really convenient for home workers who don't want to stay at home all day long.nOf course good to students and kids to have a proper place to learn and study.nnWith daily free 1GB wifi, how wonderful!

Straight forward service.nFriendly and helpful staff.nPrinting available colour and black and white.nBeing a member of Auckland libraries is recommended in order to simplify things.

A nicely located library, part of the Auckland Libraries. Plenty car park either, though some is part of the local shops. Staff members are friendly and helpful, and the ambiance is serene with plenty of seats, as well workbench next to the windows with plenty of power points and free WiFi. Very suitable to work or doing your research.

Today I visited this library for the first time and was served by a very wonderful young lady with red hair, whom I did not manage to get the name of. But I wanted to come and write this review because I would like to thank her for helping me use the very complicated library systems. The young lady was very patient and kind and reassuring when I got stuck with some of the printing instructions. It is very hard for some of us to access things that everyone else can use so easily and I am just so grateful that libraries are still around and that the staff here are so understanding. Thank you, Mount Roskill Team!

I always enjoy my time here. Whether I’m picking up books I’ve requested, utilising the computers and printer or simply seeking a calm place to relax, Mt Roskill Library always delivers the goods.nnShoutout to the great staff.
