Mt Albert Library

Nice little library, reasonable busy, good place to do some paperwork. Quite busy over the school break.nCommunity group entertaining the children, but still good area to study.

From the architectural design perspective, the two big triangle slope roof combine the huge vertical sky windows, and all the geometric shapes of wood beams, they all make visional striking images.nthe plenty of soft natural light are thought sky windows into the library.nnThe furnitures here are lively designed with comfortable fabrics. Functionality, simplicity and design themes can be seen in this library.nnThe old trees surround this library, they make the nice atmosphere.

I come here to use the printer bur unfortunately there's always some queues and people who are unfamiliar with it then have to spend minutes figuring out. Avondale library is much better in terms of that

A nice & quiet place to study. But I wish their closing time is 7PM or later for every each day. The place can be noisy at random times, but I often use my earphones to block the noise. The library needs to replace the chairs with adjustable ones, because there are times where I feel the chair's height is too low.

One of my favourite spot in Auckland on weekend. Super friendly staff, lots of parking and it is next to westfield st. Lukes.
