Takapuna Library

Wonderful service, am an out of area card holder. I get a 3 month subscription to download ebooks once a year. They are very helpful to update my card.

incredible and spacious library with amazing views. sooo much studying space upstairs, most with easy access to charging ports. all the desks have more than enough space when you want to get your laptop and a textbook or exercise book out at once.

If you arrive 10 minutes before they close to just quickly pick up some books, they will send the security guard to prevent you from entering because the staff can not be expected to work until the library officially closes. Absolute joke.

Lovely library full of helpful staff members, especially the super helpful Korean/Japanese lady, she really made my day too. The library itself is full of amenities for people studying or reading. It has a lot of power plugs, desks, fast internet. It has public parking and is also by the beach. What more could one want!

Wow this is a nice library, near the seaside and Takapuna town centre. The library had free Internet and a great selection of magazines, books and newspapers. I enjoyed reading the Sunday star and magazines. The interior of the building is fun and lots of space. A few free local brochures, new papers and magazines there too. Great place.
