Glenfield Library

This library is perfect for young kids. It has a great collection of books, and the space is safely laid out with dedicated access paths. The view is absolutely stunning — every window frames a beautiful picture of Auckland. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere at Glenfield Library was really peaceful, and the librarians were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They had a wide range of books, including new releases like Guinness World Records 2026. I have never before found a business to be consistently great. After decades away from the library, I recently joined Glenfield Library and without fail, each time I visit, usually on weekends, the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always patient and give you the time to answer a problem. Thank you Glenfield Library team.
