Onehunga Library

Fantastic local asset for the community. Open 7 days, although shorter hours on Sundays. Great request service for borrowing books from other Auckland libraries. Will be great when the Waiapu precinct construction is completed and access to the library from other community spaces e.g. Onehunga Primary is seamless.

One of the best library. Amazing caring and friendly staff. We loved attending the kids market today with free face painting, free movie and pop corns. Kids absolutely loved it. Thank you so much to all the staff members and everyone involved

The architecture is nice, there were some artistic elements, like sculptures, and the space inside was welcoming. And there was a big chess board inside. I highly recommend it.

The library is very huge spacious with good welcoming staff. The have seating area in different corners and free wifi assess and computer service too. Peace environment to study and do laptop work.good outside view too

The toilets are scary, I got sick being here.nWish there were more tables to study on as it can get really busy during the day
