SOHO Hotel Auckland

My Husband and I just spent 5 amazing days at SOHO Hotel.nWe wanted a luxurious place to spend our 33 Wedding Anniversary and SOHO was definitely luxurious.nThe staff were so welcoming and lovely.nOur room was beautiful and just like the pictures.nSOHO is only 15 minutes, from the airport and shopping malls.nWe ate at the restaurant and in our room and loved the food and cocktails.nThank you for an amazing time,we are already planning our next trip.

Had my sons wedding reception as So Ho. Our guests arrived from Australia and Hamilton. They loved the locality and accessibility to the City center. Were pleased with the rooms and breakfast.nGreat venue for reception, the ambience was superb and the food was faultless. The staff and management went out of their way for our guests and the wedding party.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team at SOHO Auckland. Dee and Duncan went above and beyond with their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism to make amends for an awful predicament I was in when arriving after an international flight nothing to do with SOHO. Free service upgrades and a friendly compassionate listening ear. My room was comfortable and cosy, I enjoyed the amenities, the food was really delicious and above all the service was faultless. I love the luxury that is within this hotel at reasonable prices. Thank you so much to the team at SOHO Auckland - and see you on my next visit to New Zealand!

What a weekend at SOHO Hotel Auckland ! Beautiful & luxurious. Well spent wedding anniversary, the food was exceptional, staff very friendly and delivered great service. From the start walking into SOHO we were greeted with smiles! Walking into our suite and relaxing in the hot tub was certainly one for the books. Dinner & drinks at the bar & restaurant was first class. Thank you for having us,and we will definately see you again soon!nnMonique & Michael James

Thank you SOHO, your staff really make your hotel. They were all so helpful and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the room came with a great selection of instant and pod coffee, various teas and hot chocolate. Great to have extras like robes and slippers. The room we were given even had a decent deck, which was a nice touch. The finishing of the room itself left much to be desired, such a shame when they have gone to such effort with the furnishings Maybe budget or time constraints? and I feel it is going to look run down very quickly. The painting and plastering job is just awful, the silicone is already coming away behind the sink and the tiles were chipped on the lip in the shower, I think this may have been done when the tiler was cutting, but why use chipped tiles? The road noise was fairly noisy in the room we were in. And for some reason it took over 5 minutes to get hot water in the morning, lol I was most of the way through a cold shower when heat came through. We had the best coffee at Tiger restaurant and although we didn't eat there the food looked very reasonably priced. Lots of street parking around the hotel.
