We booked to stay at this motel 3 months prior to the stay. Having arrived in Auckland from Wellington, they simply told us that they didn;t have my booking, even though I had confirmation, and didn't have a room available for me. No apology, no suggestions, no help. As it was a busy weekend, Coldplay concert, we could not find another room anywhere, and ended up driving to Hamilton after the show. I wouldn't recommend this place EVER if you want to know there will be a room when you need it.
