Nice big and clean rooms - more than able to swing a cat around in!! and watch TV at the same time. The Reception Team are mostly all friendly and helpful and the House Keeping Team always appreciate an acknowledgement. Then there is the location - what can be said other than it's a handy place to have it as your base for travelling out and about Auckland

The location of the hotel can be inconvinient being right next to a busy motorway round about. This can cause problem getting in and out of the hotel during busy time. The hotel decor is well renovated but bathroom is remain dated looking when it was built 1990s?. Otherwise this is a perfect base for your Auckland need if you have a car, the free parking is a bonus and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpark had lots of carparks which we were very grateful for usually its full and we have to park down the road.nThe gym is amazing, has everything you need.nThe only downside was that our room was on the motorway side of the hotel. At one point we thought we were near a racetrack because it was so noisy. Next time I will ask for a room on the other side.

The room was 3 out of 5.nHowever, we just couldn’t enter it, because the lock was broken. And it took as a while to get to the room the next day after our breakfast. But personal tried to fix the problem as soon as possible.nThe room wasn’t super clean, and an AC was noisy. The bathroom looked really old.nThe breakfast is 3 out of 5. Nothing special, and didn’t like eggs at all. The gym is really simple - Just to run on a trade mile.nIt was a bit difficult to get to this hotel later in the evening due to traffic jams.nWill I stay here in future? No, there are better options for the same price.nAnd finally - just couldn’t connect to their WiFi.

A great location - used the breakfast buffet and omelet available on a weekend! Fruit platter in the room when I arrived. Able to fill water bottle near the bar. Very eco friendly! Impressed.
