The Parnell Hotel & Conference Centre

Would definitely stay here again, we were on level 4 and the views were fantastic. The hotel is about half an hour walk from Spark Arena, and we walked to the city centre, few hills appprox 45 mins. The beds are great, the shower pressure was great and the staff really helpful. Restaurant is across the carpark, perfect for brekkie or the takeaway coffee. Wine/bottle store 2 min walk along with a really good fish n chip shop, relax on the balcony sit back and enjoy.

Outstanding views of Auckland from Sky Tower, Hauraki Gulf to Rangitoto Island.nGood size apartment with a kitchenette and separate bedroom and balcony off lounge.n10 minute walk to Parnell Village with excellent cafes, restaurants and bus stop.n25 minute walk to Parnell Railway Station.nThe only negative is the bath which is too small to lay right back.

The views of the city from this hotel are amazing. Situated on a hill in the prominent upper class suburb of Parnell on a safe and quiet street, I highly recommend staying here. Parking is free and they do not charge a damage deposit or bond unlike many inner city accommodation providers, meaning you can spend more of your money exploring the city or eating out. They also have a restaurant on site that does a delicious full buffet breakfast. I had an amazing sleep on their big comfortable beds and the balcony out of your room overlooking the city is the best spot for evening drinks. My room was also very clean. The only issue was that they need to clearly state on their computers when a customer has already paid for the room so that their staff know. I was asked twice during my stay to pay up when I had already. You can also buy the AT hop cards here and the Parnell Train station is just down the road, making it easy to get into the city. Lots of food places nearby as well and beautiful rose gardens. I would definitely stay again!

First time booking this place and I loved it! it had everything I needed. Room was cozy and comfy. Came with milk and tea which was lovely. Shower was amazing with great pressure. There was a perfect view of the sky tower so I was able to watch the fire works on NYE. Then Dinner at gladstone was another added bonus. The fact that you dont have to go round and round for parking is also another added bonus. Would totally stay here again! thank you so much -
