Nesuto Stadium Hotel and Apartments

Great for events at Spark Arena. Easy 1 min walk to arena. Rooms close to the road on lower level aren’t the greatest as you can hear the traffic of cars, people. Lovely accommodating service. Bedding wasn’t the best but not horrible. Cute simple kiwi buffet breakfast included in room price. Wine glasses would be a nice touch. Parking cheap and close proximity to hotel. Happy with our stay.

Only disappointing factor was the website I booked through said parking was included and it wasn't and cost a further $35 per night. The room was lovely and the staff were helpful. The location was awesome.

Absolutely loved the stay. Rooms were spacious, lounge in the apartment was massive and beds were comfy. Will definitely stay again and the staff were super friendly

Excellent location for the Arena while being close to the viaduct and Britomart shopping areas. Parking was close by and secure. Rooms were clean, warm, quiet and spacious. Front desk team were friendly and efficient. We always enjoy our stay here.

When arrived, recption was very pleasant.nnAs I was driving a high vehicle would no fit in parking garage so had to park at rear outtside through a very narrow driveway.nnOvernight charge for parking was $50. I though this was over the top.nnWhen inquured about breakfast was advised between 7 -10 am. No good to me as checking out before 7 am.nnRequest a packed breakfast. Very poor response. They don't provide it in spite the fact that I paid for breakfast.nnWhen went to the room it was very nice and well appointed.nnBathroom basin had a stuck plug so could not drain. Poor maintenance.nnTea / coffee making facilities provided. A biscuit or 2 would have been nicennNo literature provided in the room about room service or restaurant menu.nVery basicnAs only staying 1 night not worth going somewhere else.nnWill not recommend if staying longer.
