Nesuto Stadium Hotel and Apartments

I had a fantastic stay!!! Staff were very warm and welcoming! Thank you Elisa & Willow!!! For making my stay feel super special and also thank you for accomodating my requests! You can tell when the staff have a great commitment to helping and having a genuine kindness, and I’m delighted to say this is one of those places!! Location is also superb, with only being a 10-15 minute walk away from the city centre and the Viaduct harbour! Not to mention that it’s also only a 5-minute walk away from Spark Arena. Rooms were clean and given at a good rate. Thank you!!

We stayed at Oaks Auckland Hotel in both a Superior Hotel Room Double and a 2-Bedroom Apartment, and overall had a great experience. The location is prime, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Auckland and accessing nearby attractions, dining, and transport.nnParking was easily accessible for a fee, which made arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free. Both rooms were comfortable and well laid out, with the 2-Bedroom Apartment offering great space and functionality for my family.nnA special mention to the cleaning staff — both rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which was greatly appreciated. Most notably, the customer service was excellent, with staff being friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.nnWe would happily stay here again and recommend Oaks Auckland Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of the city.

The ambience of the hotel is really good, however I was a bit unhappy with the room. The cleanliness was very dissatisfying, the carpets, sheets and even utensils were not very clean. The room was spacious and the washroom was nice however there was a weird coming from the Heater/AC. Expected more.

I recently stayed at the Oaks Auckland Hotel with my family and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We booked a junior suite, which was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfect for a comfortable family stay.nnOne of the things I really appreciated was the convenience of having a kitchen and dining table inside the room. It made it easy for us to have family dinners together without blowing the budget. There’s also a store Woolworths just across the road from the hotel, which was perfect for buying ingredients and meals.nnBreakfast each morning was very nice as well. Normally, the hotel charges extra for eggs and bacon, and I ordered them every day during my three-night stay. At checkout, the staff let me know they had decided to include all of it at no extra cost. This generous gesture really showed how much they value their guests. I also requested extra towels, and they arrived straight away.nnThe location is another big advantage—only a 10-minute walk to the city centre.nnOverall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay at Oaks Auckland Hotel again if I return to New Zealand. An excellent hotel with fantastic service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A very nice hotel in central Auckland. I enjoyed staying at the Oaks Auckland, the room was very spacious and had a well equipped and spacious bathroom too. The location was still fairly central although it was a bit of a walk to the main tourist areas and majority of restaurants. Public transport was very accessible including to the airport although there was almost no space for drop off or pick up in a car directly out the front. Service was good although slow at the reception desk due to other customers but staff were always polite and apologised for the delay. Also note unless you book a fully equipped apartment, the nearest laundry services are a 5 minute walk down the block and are paid.
