Had a school ball here it was really nice. Was kinda expecting a ball room and was surprised that the dance floor was quite small. The food was really good however and decorations were really nice.
Establishment was great but staff were very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable just because we weren't their typical wealthy clients... no excuse for bad customer service... I've worked in hospitality for 12yrs myself and I was appalled at their customer service... Hilton or not no excuse to make customers feel uncomfortable
Location excellent. Staff all did more than expected, they all made me feel welcome. Very good value for money, I would find it hard to visit another Hotel when I go back to Auckland
Just wish I could have used the pool but it was under maintenance. Superb customer service, amazing!! Generously sized rooms. Hope I can stay here again. Highly recommended
Cosy and classy foyer. The fires are mesmerising.The restaurant food and cocktails where delicious. I didn't stay in the hotel but imagine the rooms would be awesome.
Great location with great views in half of the hotel. Not recommended for leisure travelers unless you are able to get ocean view room. Staff were friendly and professional. Food in the Fish restaurant is in par with many good restaurants in Auckland.
Great service. Great location for views, but it's at the end of the pier so you'll have to walk a few minutes to get to the restaurants and the hire e-scooters can't be parked down the pier. The pool was closed for maintenance when I was there May 2021, which was a bummer because I heard it was very cool.
