Park Hyatt Auckland

My wife and I love this place. We recently booked through Rose Ennis of Travel Designers and what an amazing experience - thanks to her we had an amazing stay for my birthday this weekend. We arrived and got a room upgrade, and the staff found out it was my birthday and delivered a free food platter and hand-written card with our room service - it was a wonderful experience throughout - thanks to the team at Park Hyatt, and also thanks to Rose!! :

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt in Auckland. Our family had three rooms including an executive suite. The rooms were incredibly clean and so comfortable. The furnishings and fixtures still felt modern and nice. The showers and beds were excellent. The views over the harbour were wonderful especially during sunrise and sunset. Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. The concierge arranged a transfer to the airport for us. The driver was on time and the trip was easy and enjoyable.nnOur meal at The Living Room was delicious and we loved the atmosphere at the Captain’s Bar for cocktails after. Overall, we were so well taken care of and I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently made sure everything ran smoothly and comfortably for us.nnIt’s rare to come across someone who genuinely elevates your entire experience, but Josephine absolutely did that. She made our stay feel special and memorable, and her level of care and service really stood out.nnThank you, Josephine, for such amazing treatment — you are a real credit to the Park Hyatt Auckland. Stayed almost two week in Park Hyatt. We didn’t expect there is a cutie waiting for us Beau. Beautiful view of the harbour and spacious room. Its comfort and service are second to none. Everything is very professional and extremely accommodating! Especially Thank you to Lourdes Lulu for helping us look for emergency dentist and all big to small things that we needed during our stay so that we feel comfortable. Her warm hospitality truly made our stay special.nThank you.

Lovely stay here with friendly and helpful front desk staff. We arrived early before our room was ready. We were given early access to the spa area where we could shower, freshen up. Easy check in and check out. Helpful concierge/guest service who emailed us prior to arrival. Beautiful area as well with plenty of cafes. Within walking distance to many things. Clean rooms.
