Beautiful, beautiful hotel. A true 5 star experience from beginning to end. Service was impeccable. Accidentally dropped the shower head and broke it. Was fixed within 5 minutes. The views are magnificent. The pool is has a nice deck to relax with an amazing view. Provided us with an experience beyond what I could have hoped for my wife and I on our 24th anniversary trip. They asked the reason for our trip on arrival and provided a complimentary bottle of wine and a delicious brownie. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much to the staff for your incredible hospitality and service. Worth every penny.

Great staff at the front desk,room we had was excellent,easily the best bed iv ever slept on! The room service and quality of the food was really excellent,so delicious!!nThe one small thing was ,maybe more than 2 of the complementary milk pots in the fridge would have been good.nApart from that,we loved it,room was clean,as were the amenities.parking was safe right by the main entrance for $60,very pleasant concierge toonHighly recommend.

Staying while on conference, awesome facility for a conference, staff very good and food exceptional. Excellent views from our room, only down side was the ferries tooting horns while docking and leaving, thankfully not all night. Parking is also expensive.nI would recommend as a place to stay.

Fabulous location for this property as long as you’re on the correct side of the building. One side gets you a view of the residences and the other is the wharf. It’s a short walk down the pier to stores, restaurants, shops, and various ferry rides. We stayed 5 nights, walked everywhere, didn’t use an Uber/cab at all. Booked a standard king and received a Diamond upgrade to a deluxe king which was the wharf view. Only real downside to the room was the large support pole in the middle of our view and exit onto the balcony. The bathroom is large but the shower enclosure is small. Hitting your arms was a daily occurrence. Also the shower head should have a rainfall head as well as the handheld. The position of the handheld lended its self to direct spray on the door and the gaps on the door. The one thing I can’t wrap my head around is the $15 up charge for the hot buffet at breakfast. We just couldn’t see the value in it and actually thought it should just be included. Every team member we had contact with was polite, courteous, and friendly. When in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is in the perfect spot if you are touring Auckland or catching a ferry. Right next to everything. All the staff are amazing. Have stayed multiple times. Even had very large package that required special care and delivery handled perfectly through them before my arrival. When I emailed to say my flight was delayed, they delivered the package to my room. This took at least 2 people and equipment. Breakfast is also very good.
