I booked with a king bed room without noting that there are difference between regular rooms and harbour view rooms. Upon my arrival, I saw a room with an inside view of a swimming pool under maintenance. Apart from the limited room view, the room is very spacious with comfy bedding. Staff like Lioc, Jeremy, Mizuki, Ashash, Charlene and Catherine are friendly and give me lots of help. The hotel is a little bit afar from the city bus stop but close to the ferry terminal. The fish restaurant at the 1st floor is cool with the open harbor view.nFor room view upgrade, 70 NZ are needed to add.nThe architecture is stylish and .

We had an amazing two night stay here this weekend for our 30th Anniversary! Hilton Auckland is a great location, provides the best service from the time you arrive. Harbour view room was spacious and loved the view! Lots of ferry traffic, with horns that go off as they come into dock, but that didnt bother us at all. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the Fish Restaurant.

Highly recommend staying here. We were greeted by friendly, helpful team on arrival & departure. The Fish restaurant & wine bar downstairs were both delicious & professional with great views.nExcellent location close to the water, restaurants, bars & shopping.

Not a good value for money, they overcharging breakfast while included in price of room.nLots of noises from construction.nParking available with a surcharge.nFelt like they nikle and dime you.nNot my place I want to be.nStaff is nice, would say front desk and concierge is 5 star, the rest is 2 to 4.
