Wonderful service from arrival to departure! Warm welcome by the valet parking and then reception were even more welcoming.nnThe Bow Room was so comfortable, everything we could need, with the most wonderful views and wrap around balcony.nnGreat location for dinner and a night out in town and just a short walk back from the Casino!nnThe hotel Breakfast had so many choices with super service from the team, just delicious!nnThank you Hilton for a lovely stay from start to finish, appreciate your warm and professional service, we’ll be back!

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Auckland, New Zealand, and overall, it was a positive experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, with Rachel standing out for her exceptional service and willingness to assist with any questions we had.nnOne of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, and it provided a great start to each day.nnAdditionally, the views from the hotel were stunning. Whether from the room or the dining area, the vistas of the harbor added a lovely touch to the overall experience. The location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city as well.nnIn summary, my stay at the Hilton Auckland was enjoyable, thanks to the attentive staff, great breakfast, and beautiful views. I would recommend it to those visiting the area.

Quite disappointed with our stay here a few months back. $700 for a night, we had no view as it was blocked by a cruise ship and looked right at the deck crew so couldn’t even enjoy the deck area, the room was dated and we stood in line for 30min for breakfast before deciding to eat elsewhere. Definitely well below our expectations for the price. Location was great though. However we would not stay again as believe it was over priced for what we experienced. Key tip - make sure your view won’t be blocked at the time of booking.

A fabulous place to unwind and take in the ambience. The staff made you feel totally welcome and were exceptionally helpful.nThe hotel is within walking distance to The Viaduct Harbour and ferries to Waiheke, making this the perfect location.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Nestled right on the waterfront, the hotel offers stunning views of the harbour and is conveniently located near many of the city’s attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring Auckland. This hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience that best that Auckland has to offer. I look forward in returning in the future!nnBreakfast was a highlight, although there was a bit of a wait to be seated. While it wasn’t a major issue, it would be helpful if the hotel could manage this better during peak times. That said, the quality of food made it worth the wait.
