Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

I really liked this hotel.nAll the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Always welcoming you with a big smile.nThe rooms are fully equipped and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic. I had a very good rest.nThe bathroom is great, too.nOverall, I had a fantastic and very quiet stay at the hotel.

The shower had no water pressure. You have to step into a bath and can’t turn the water on until you are literally in the shower. The pillows are either rock hard or big and soft. My back has knots in it from a crook neck. The room is getting quite dated and only one elevator working out of 3 during busy conference

Honestly, I had such a pleasant experience staying here. Things got off to a rocky start when for the life of me I could not contact anyone to talk to about my reservation prior to arrival. So I decided talking ti someone when checking in would have to suffice. I quickly discovered I had nothing to worry about. The staff were so pleasant. Accommodating and responsive. Relaxed and genuine. I had checked in online in advance so arrival was easy. I was attending a conference in house so I experienced all amenities. Such a pleasant stay. I loved the valet parking! So accommodating and very reasonably priced fir central Auckland. They didn't charged my fully electric vehicle first me overnight so I left either z full charge. Unreservedly recommend Pullman Auckland Hotel.

Nice location in Auckland CBD. Staff is friendly. It has an onsite restaurant & bar. Room is spacious and quiet. My room has a water view. The swimming pool is great, standard size and large. The pool can be quite busy during school holidays. It also has gym and sauna.

Great amenities with the pool n spa, restaurant, and cozy pub/bar in the lobby. This venue does Accor very well with epic customer service and should be a training example for other hotels especially in Surfers Paradise Australia. It's my favourite in Auckland and I will be back.
