Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

5 stars all around. The staff is amazing, food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfy. We flew from the US amd landed early, tired and exhausted. The staff was able to get us in a room early so we were able to shower and rest and feel rejuvenating again. The good at the Tapestry is a culinary delight. Valet service was wonderful as well! So delicious! We will be back.

I wasn't overly impressed by what was a 5 star accommodation. Paid for velvet parking and don't even get assistance with your luggage. I also asked for our EV car to be charged during our stay we had a long drive ahead and was disappointed to get in the car and see it hadn't been charged.nCustomer service wasn't anything special.nPool and spa wax the only thing positive and enjoyable.

From wait staff to bar staff and reception, the level of service provided by all was exceptional.nThe fantastic breakfast buffet each morning was very popular yet the level of service meant that you still had a great experience as they managed all the customers efficiently and with a smile and the food always fully stocked.nThe rooms were comfortable and clean. we enjoyed the pool area and quite a few cocktails in the bar area which had a good vibe

Our stay at the Pullman Hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the fantastic pool, spa, sauna, and exceptional breakfast. These amenities far exceeded our expectations. Even after checkout, in-room guests can still enjoy the pool, and the changing rooms are well-equipped with clean showers and lockers, adding to the convenience.nnOpting for the bed and breakfast package was a smart choice as it offered excellent value without compromising on quality. The breakfast at Tapestry was a highlight, with freshly brewed coffee and a special menu to choose from. I enjoyed a perfectly cooked omelette, while my husband savored a delicious eggs Benedict. The standout feature of the meal to me, however, was the fresh-squeezed juice at Tapestry.nWe couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay and highly recommend the Pullman for its outstanding service and amenities.

5* hotel with 2* customer service.nOur room with a harbour view was very dark and dated. Old fashioned fittings. Totally Inadequate lighting.nOn our first morning in the hotel I requested our room safe to be unlocked. Receptionist registered a request. On the second morning I requested our room safe to be unlocked so we could use it.nBefore going to evening dinner that evening I spoke to the duty manager - our safe is still unusable. ALSO, I specifically asked for a bath at check-in. The plug is too small for the plug hole and the water just drains out. The shower is a drip, not a shower.nDuty manager informed us that he would have it all sorted before we returned from dinner at 8pm - even if he had to do it himself.nNever saw him or any repairs again. Checked out after 4 nights with safe still locked, bath and shower totally inadequate for purpose.nWe return to Auckland at the month end - but would not even consider this very poor hotel.nWe are now in a superbly bright, modern fully functioning Crowne Plaza Hotel.
