Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

I really liked this hotel.nAll the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Always welcoming you with a big smile.nThe rooms are fully equipped and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic. I had a very good rest.nThe bathroom is great, too.nOverall, I had a fantastic and very quiet stay at the hotel.

As a Accor Diamond member, I got an upgrade to Junior Suite room. The room is clean and nice. Service is good overall. But I do have a little concern on the way they manage the club lounge. It’s so troublesome to ask the receptionist to open the door for us when we go in and out , each time they will verify us by asking who we are despite they know us already. I don’t know what’s the purpose. There is no Wifi connection in the lounge which is not a big deal for me.

From check in to check out, the experience was very easy, and the staff around the premises were all very lovely and smiley.nI received a free upgrade, which I was elated for!nDownsides:n- My milk was already opened when I got into the roomn- One of my towels had stains on itn- There was a broken lightbulb in the bathroomn- The door to going onto the balcony is very hard to open/closenI still had a very pleasant stay, and would book again.

Had a wonderful stay in a deluxe suite. Rooms were large and very luxurious. Good location, but uphill from nearly every direction! Bar service and breakfast were exceptional.

We are returning guests who have always enjoyed staying at your hotel and truly appreciate your generous amenities and excellent service, including the early check-ins and late check-outs you have kindly offered us in the past. You are among the most generous hotel we have experiences.nnHowever, during our most recent stay 13-15 October at room 623, we experienced an unfortunate issue. We stayed in one of the newer rooms and did not expect any problems, but after our second night, we noticed bug bites as attached in the morning. My boyfriend got 8 red bites, and I got only one. This was not so itchy before but now.nWe would appreciate it if you could kindly investigate this matter, as we value the cleanliness and comfort that Pullman Auckland is known for.nnWe remain loyal guests and hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention and for maintaining the high standards that keep us returning.
