With a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate, it was the perfect way to start our days. The attention to detail and the freshness of the food really stood out.nnWe also thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. The pool was a favourite with the kids, while the spa offered a relaxing retreat for the adults. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and provided the ideal balance of fun and relaxation for the whole family.nnOne of the most thoughtful aspects of our stay was the flexibility offered by the hotel. Despite checking out, the staff graciously allowed us to continue using the spa and pool facilities as we had a late flight. This extra gesture made such a difference, and we truly appreciated their kindness and understanding.nnThe staff throughout our stay were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Amy at the reception was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by upgrading our room at no extra cost—what a lovely surprise!nnThe pool, sauna, and steam room were fantastic, providing a perfect way to relax. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely delicious. Our room was not only comfortable but also well-appointed and had a great city view and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city.nnOverall, our visit was a delightful experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Auckland!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Pullman in Auckland to celebrate our wedding anniversary.nnWe initially chose the Pullman for the great location being situated close to restaurants and the city centre, however, there was a lot more than just the location that made our stay enjoyable and memorable.nnThe room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the surprise bottle of champagne waiting for us on arrival, a lovely personal touch, and the breakfast was very good.nnStaff were all friendly and welcoming, and we also loved the Christmas decorations and the pleasant smell in the corridors- can't describe it, but it was nice fragrance.nOverall, we loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Thank you, Pullman, for an amazing stay! Your staff is absolutely fantastic—so accommodating and welcoming. We spent so much time in the indoor pool and jacuzzi, and my 3-year-old loved it! The Christmas cookie you gifted us was the best we've ever had—please pass along our compliments to the chef. We will definitely be returning!

We had a 1 bedroom apartment that had a narrow view of the harbour one way and Albert Park the other. The room was very spacious and fully equipped. Being able to walk the short distance to the CBD was a real bonus.
