The Quadrant Hotel & Suites

we stayed at the hotel for 5 night. its a beautiful , room 2104 with harbour and sky tower view, we enjoyed this 2 bedrooms with kitchenette very much. very highly recommended and we will come back again in October. Please save the room for us in October : : : :nnalso the spa room was amazing , service is excellent, thanks Bella and Rambo. they are very welcoming and friendly.

Could not fault the staff at the Quadrant. Our room was well organised with a cot as requested. Despite being delayed and checking in on closing time for kitchen, the staff were happy to provide us with room service. Everyone absolutely doted on my friend’s baby and made us feel very comfortable. I’m pleased we have booked this hotel for all our stops in Auckland on our holiday

I have stayed here before but we also stayed here last weekend, my family and I loved the service & view from our bedroom. The only scary thing was that one of the elevators stopped a few times on our way up it felt like we were gonna get stuck.. other than that the room was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend

We had put the service card on the outside of our room door and the cleaners took it off, put it under our door without taking our rubbish or cleaning our rooms. For the amount of money I paid to stay there, that is unacceptable! They need new cleaners with the attitude to do there job correctly.

Dirty courtyard area outside our room which we spotted right away which tainted our stay to be honest. Messy, cigarette butts even though we were told we could not smoke out there and a pair of undies and a sock, so gross . Room was relatively clean but in need of a renovation, stained sofa, broken tiles in the bathroom, loose shower door. Room was spacious and good kitchen facilities but probably won’t be staying again.
