Stayed for 1 night with my partner.nnPros: Room was nice, a decent size. Great location. Parking for $25. Great bathroom.nnCons: Heated bed which was weird, air conditioner couldn't go lower than 16 so room was too warm. Every channel on the TV popped up with an error every so often. Wouldn't load anything properly.nnOverall was good! Just wouldn't stay again.

The room was very clean and had all amenities including kitchenette with appliances and dishwasher. There was a washer + dryer in the bathroom. The bed was okay.nnThe showerhead needed to be wrestled into a very weird position but water pressure was good.nnLocation is 10mins walk from Ellerslie train station, but to get to the main shops/eateries you need to walk down a pedestrian tunnel or go back through the train station.nnSome paid parking on site at $25/day.nnThe building has permanent residences as well as hotel rooms.nnStaff very friendly.nnIn summary: clean, reasonably priced, but little to no atmosphere. Would stay there again for business or a specific event in the vicinity, but would not stay there for leisure.

Room was tidy and clean, but a bit lacking in that there was no cutlery so we couldn't eat in. We asked for late checkout twice prior to arrival, and I confirmed late checkout at the front desk, but was still woken up by the cleaners who had no idea my room was a late checkout. No reserved parking despite a high price, and the staff were asked to grab an item left in a colleague's room and give it to me when I checked out. Half an hour later, they still hadn't gotten it and I had to go back and ask for it. I couldn't see any baggage trolleys either, so getting our bags in and out was a bit painstaking. My air conditioner also made a high-pitched noise for most of the night despite it being off.nBit of a disappointing stay, though the location is excellent for what we needed, and like I said it was very clean and tidy.

Staying here for business. The room is clean but sparse with only the bed and no chairs or a desk so I’ve had to do emails from bed. My room is facing the freeway so it’s now the second morning I’ve been woken up at 5am to the very clear loud sounds of the trucks and cars. Not ideal when the first night I arrived at 2am following a delayed flight. First, and will be my only stay here.

Nice, new, well-appointed rooms. I was surprised to find a washing machine and clothes dryer in the room, handy addition. Well-appointed kitchen with way more than you would expect.nClean, modern with a trendy sleek interior design.nComfortable bed with nice linen.nThere is nothing about the accommodation itself that I could speak negatively about! However, if you are a corporate traveler and planning on charging back your meals , you will need to request a voucher at the front desk. We not told this, and when we got to the dinner venue, we were informed we needed to produce a voucher to charge back.
