Mount Richmond Hotel & Conference Centre

We were pleasantly surprised by the motel compared to the very cheap price we paid.The staff are of very high standard of customer service and nothing was too much trouble. The male receptionist helped carry or suitcases to our upstairs room as my daughters arm was in a sling. I broke my lock on my suitcase and another reception got hold of the maintenance man to help. The rooms were very clean. The restaurant staff when placing an order close to closing were also accommodating. We will be back.

I had my wedding here on Friday and from Thursday when I checked in Pepe and the team, I was just so blown away, from the service and everything you prepared for us. Pepe you said you are just doing your job, but I was so emotional from seeing you and the team running around from Thursday and Friday evening for our special day. Thank you for all the hard work you guys put in, the setup and deco was just so amazing, the catering food...so delicious. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so very thankful and grateful!!!

My sister suffers chronic illness and was staying here for a concert. It was a really challenging thing for us to do, given my sisters condition, but the staff here were amazing. They went out of there way to support us and were very lovely.

The place is alittle run down but the clean rooms, exceptionally professional staff and affordable prices make this place worth while, I'd definitely stay again. We didn't use the pool or spa as they're amongst the outside dinners for the restaurant and it just seemed odd to me but that didn't stop others from using them and the hotel also has a guest laundry which was awesome.

Had issues with the shower an then the air con unit, they did fix it for us the next day but the place was abit run down. Could hear the neighbour's conversations easily. U get what ya pay for...
