Waldorf Newhaven Serviced Apartments

Stayed here for the Christmas 2022 and new year 2023 break. First there was a miscommunication with payment but that was sorted in a breeze. Booked x4 two bedroom apartments for my family. The apartments are spacious and clean. There were a few problems with some apartments. The pool was suppose to close at 10pm but unfortunately due to maintenance they had still not changed the time on the locks, so some of us were locked in after 9pm which we had to climb the fence to get out. Called the office the next day, and they had let us know that gates automatically lock on a timer, and they could not get someone out to change timer to day light saving, even though there sign says facilities close at 10pm.Despite all that, we made the most of our stay and all enjoyed our time here. I recommend this place for bigger families, and will definitely be booking with them in the future.

Good location, easy access, very clean, friendly helpful staff. Large complex with apartment outlook to centrally located grassed area overlooked by multipal apartments. Recieved a free upgrade which was great thanks. Not all apartments have airconditioning which was the only negative during a heat wave, fans were provided which did help. Would stay again.

Our room was spotless and very generously fitted with everything we would need durring our stay. Place is very clean with good quality furniture and fittings We were very comfortable during our week long stay A little bit of mix up with our late night check in but it was all sorted out quickly by friendly staff. Very good value for money. Would stay here again

Stayed here 2021 and again this year 2022. Love the 2bdrm apartment we stayed in, very spacious and clean. Good space for kids.

Kia ora Newhaven, Thank you for our stay! Had a great rest, while we could there. Now on our arrival, it was obvious that your cleaning staff had missed a few spots as we found a condom right next to my colleagues bed and the bathroom had a stench of urine that we could not get rid of. Your tenant staying below, was rude and uninviting as she would stare out her window like we did not belong there and it actually became scary. Other than that, had a mediocre stay with Waldorf. Will not be coming back, that is for sure!

Was visiting friend who staying there. The stay looks great, can be a good option for family visit Auckland and need a comfy place for few days.

Very handy location and staff are wonderful. Full marks to the Housekeeping team. The place is very clean and cosy.

Family stayed in executive 2 bedroom self serviced apartment. Great location and unit.

They will rip you off and find any excuse not to give your money back.
