We dealt with a number of staff here and experienced a great deal of rudeness and ineptitude.  After leaving a rental property, we overpaid two weeks of rent this is Auckland remember! accidentally and tried to get it returned. Trying to get it back was exhausting and tiresome - even though they told us it was being kept in a trust. They took a ridiculous amount of time to get back to us, if they bothered at all.  Imagine if we had been over a month late paying our rent to Barfoot and Thompson...  Staff were rude on the phone to us, huffing and sighing loudly and being very impatient, when we wouldn’t have had to take up their time if they had just communicated properly in the first place.  Now, as homeowners, do you think we are likely to use Barfoot and Thompson for any services? Highly unlikely...

Very slow at getting back to clients - rental properties. 2 weeks waiting to hear and then I had to ring them.
