The neighbouring car hire yard next door was particularly useful, and the availability of on-site parking added to the convenience.nnThe hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, with the yellow shuttle providing transport between the hotel and airport. This is a helpful service for travellers who do not have access to a vehicle.nnHowever, the property is not particularly mobility-access friendly. Guests with reduced mobility or physical disabilities should consider this before booking and request a ground-floor room in advance, as reaching some rooms may involve stairs or navigating areas that are not easily accessible.nnCommunication between the concierge staff also appeared inconsistent, particularly regarding the bond. We asked several different team members about when and how the bond would be returned, but received different answers. Clearer communication and a more consistent understanding of hotel policies across the team would improve the guest experience.nnNoise management was another major concern. We experienced guests playing loud music in their rooms at around 3 a.m., and there did not appear to be any attempt by staff to enforce quiet hours or reduce the disturbance.nnThere was also noticeable cosmetic damage throughout various parts of the hotel. While this did not necessarily affect the basic functionality of our stay, several areas would benefit from repairs, maintenance and fresh touch-ups to improve the hotel’s overall appearance.nnOverall, the hotel offers a convenient location, airport shuttle service, nearby car hire and parking. However, improvements are needed in accessibility, property maintenance, staff communication and overnight noise control.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com and received a confirmed reservation. When I arrived, the staff member claimed that my booking could not be found in their system and kept me waiting for over an hour.nnDuring this time, I was asked to cancel my Booking.com reservation and make a direct booking with the hotel instead. When I contacted Booking.com for assistance, the staff member refused to speak with them. Only after I mentioned that I would discuss the matter with management the next day was my reservation suddenly found and confirmed.nnThe whole experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted a significant amount of my time, and disrupted my trip. I expected a confirmed reservation to be honored without having to wait over an hour. I hope management reviews this situation and improves the way guests are treated.

Conveniently located for airport access. Clean as possible for budget accommodation. Restaurant NOT recommended at all. You will be paying big prices for tough lamb NECK sold as lamb chops. Vegetables not available so a heap of soggy roast potatoes served with that.

Stayed here on 1–2 April 2026. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.nnThe room had hygiene issues, with a dusty carpet that caused continuous sneezing throughout the night. We were also disturbed around 4am by persistent noise like a rodent which significantly affected our sleep.nnWe had booked a double bed, but were given two single beds joined together with a noticeable gap, which was uncomfortable and caused back pain.nnCustomer service was also poor — no drinking water was provided, and we were advised to use bathroom tap water.nnMost disappointing part: despite multiple follow-ups, the hotel did not provide any proper resolution.nnOverall, this stay did not meet basic expectations of comfort and service.

Dirty shower. Was given a room for someone disabled so i could not use the mirror unless I crouched down as the top of the mirror was below the level of my shoulders. No teaspoon to stir a coffee, breakfast was very disappointing and included better cake cup cakes with sprinkles hundreds and thousands + chocolate cake instead of the promised danishes. No shelf in the bathroom for even a hairbrush. No towel rail. The floor was horribly slippery from the Chem used to clean it and we had to lay towels everywhere to avoid slipping over. This was further complicated by the fact there is no exhaust and every surface becomes wet from steam.nThe shower does not direct water to the drain. The pictures in of the amenities are false and misleading.
