Auckland Airport Kiwi Hotel

We have stayed there many many times and it is really handy for sleep, park and fly. While not fancy it does the job and is generally clean. Unfortunately this time was an absolute let down. Tried to get hold of the Hotel more than 10 times when we arrived as we have lost our return bus ticket piece of paper and not their fault that we lost it . However, we were given the wrong information when we finally got hold of them and were led down the garden path. This could have been handled so much better by the front desk; turns out this happens all the time. Maybe time to swap to a digital voucher system rather than a washy, small piece of paper.

The rooms are modern and value for money. The only problem I had was I wanted to do late check out and extend my stay for 2 hours. I got told $10 for the hour by the night attendant. Then when I went to check out, they charged me $20. They're indian operated so be careful

Very nice bedding and friendly staff. A bit noisy and bad isolation, the building and windows would need renovation.nPractical for who need a good sleep between 2 flights. The yellow bus from terminals are free with your booking

Mold in the room, mold in the showers and toilets. Room smelt bad. Staff was nice but waited a long time to get serviced, helped bring our bags up the stairs. Asked if there were other rooms but none at all were available, and mold was effecting mine and family’s asthma.nOnly good thing was the food, very food tasting food.nnDidn’t stay the rest of the night.

DISGUSTING PLACE - go elsewhere. The room sheets had not been changed. There were makeup stains on my pillow, what appeared to be shoe marks on my flat sheet? Small blood stains visible on the sheets. The floor had not been vacuumed. It was disgusting. Unfortunately I had paid & booked 2 nights already. I left about 30 minutes after arriving, no one was at the counter when I was leaving how convenient, I’m sure they would’ve seen me coming back down the stairs with my suitcase so I wasn’t able to speak to anyone not that I would bother. No lifts either so you have to climb the stairs with your luggage. I went across the road to Naumi Auckland Airport instead which was AMAZING. Don’t waste your money. The photos do not do justice. Last thing I want to deal with after a 3 hour road trip & before a 7 hour flight. The place was putrid
