Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel

We had a short stopover so appreciated that the hotel was only 7 minutes Uber away from the airport. Check in was super fast as they have a new check-in machine that I have not seen elsewhere The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable unique rug underneath. We were tired form travelling so decided to eat in the restaurant in the hotel. The 2 waiter staff was fantastic and responsive. Christian was super attentive. Food was very reasonably priced, lamb shoulder was delicious. Mango passionate fruit gateau finished our meal nicely. A nice place , close to the airport. Very convenient

Overall this place is nice, it has a nice feel and the place is well presented and tidy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful probably the most friendliest staff i have ever encountered I surprised at how quiet the place is despite being next to busy roads. Food from restaurant is great.nnOnly criticism I have is that although the pool was meant to be heated it wasnt very warm at all and the lighting in the bathroom.

The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.nThe hotel is a good option for a short stay between two flights. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is very convenient, close to the airport.nThe downside was the dinner buffet, which was frankly disappointing. The selection was extremely limited and did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category.nThe hotel deserves better, and improving the buffet would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.nOverall, a pleasant transit hotel with excellent staff, but the dining experience could be significantly improved.

Great hotel near airport. This place is huge with hundreds of rooms. The lounge areas are comfortable and modern. The gym is well equipped with water & towels. Didn’t use the small pool as it was outdoors and not heated. The room was big with two QS beds and a large bathroom with quality amenities. The check in and check out process was smooth. It costs $10 to park your car. The restaurant at the hotel was pricey so we ate elsewhere.

Great place to stay, service & pricing all top notch.nGot upgraded to king room conviently close to reception, quiet rooms with no road noise such as other nearby airport hotels.nDifferently our go to hotel now when flying out or arriving home internationally .nAirport oaks shopping centre right next door, bottle store, Pharmacy, Asian fusion restaurant & Bakehaven cafe/bakery which we visited & was more than happy with.nnP.S management maybe unhappy me mentioning this but I found the bed to be rather hard & lumpy so removed 2x mattress protector. It made a world of difference & enabled a comfortable peaceful 8hrs of sleep
