Don’t listen to anyone—just go, stay, and feel the difference!nBeautiful hotel with lovely, welcoming staff. I got the best price in Auckland by booking directly with them. Check-in was super easy, and I decided to upgrade my room—totally worth it!nThey even offered me a complimentary bottle of wine red or white—your choice! at check-in, which was such a nice touch. The room was spacious, the bathroom had a bathtub, and everything was clean and comfortable. It didn’t have a great view, but honestly, that didn’t matter to me.nBreakfast was included and absolutely amazing—one of the best buffets I’ve had, with so many options. Housekeeping was fantastic; the room was spotless and the bed was made the next day, which I appreciated.nCheck-out was quick and easy, and the Indian lady at reception was super helpful and kind.nOnly one small suggestion: it would be great if they could include at least two bottles of water in the rooms especially in upgraded ones.nOverall, a great experience and I’ll definitely stay again!

This wonderful hotel has certainly lost some of its winning points since I stayed in 2019, but is still an awesome quirky hotel and definitely my preferred accommodation if I need to be by the airport. I really loved the electronic check-in, makes it so swift and easy. Staff are still awesome, rooms are great, the curtains block the blazing lights from the liquor shop next door .

I'm absolutely blown away by my stay at Naumi Hotel Auckland! It's hands-down the best hotel experience I've ever had!nnI only booked for one night but i ended up spending 4 incredible days 3 nights here. The receptionist and the manager are very accomodating and considerate I got upgraded to a stunning blushed room when i decided to extend! nnFrom the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the unique recycled art galleries and vibrant colors. And my room? Absolutely divine! The 'Pink Blushed' room was cozy, intimate, and oh-so Instagrammable!nnNaumi Hotel Auckland, you've won my heart! I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Don't hesitate - book it when you visit Auckland New Zealand!

Lovely ambience and very clean and organized hotel. The lounge area is beautiful. Good facility for parking with secure code. The staff at the reception both Lita & Alice were very friendly and welcoming. They made sure we were at ease. We were greeted with cheerful smiles and the staff also welcomed us with complementary eatables. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. We used the family getaway package and it was perfect for what we needed on our way back to Australia after a big week on the slopes. Dinner was also great and our kids ate free. Thank you also for the breakfast boxes. Had three happy children.
