Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel

The staff are the star of this hotel. Their warm, attentive service elevated our experience staying one night at the beginning of Sep to celebrate a birthday. We chose this location because a family member's flight was landing just before dinner time. Naumi is very conveniently located from Auckland airport. They have a nice restaurant on site; very spacious and the food was good. The rooms themselves were a bit tired despite their colourful decor. The pool area would probably be a nice place to hang out during summer.nnWe want to thank the lovely servers at dinner for going above and beyond to make sure our mum had a great time for her birthday. Matching the complimentary candles to her matcha birthday cake was such a thoughtful gesture.

What a wonderful stay! Every staff member I met was friendly, professional and happy to help. Special shoutout to the awesome lady on front desk who let me check in early very appreciated after coming off a rough flightnnLoved the gym and the shower room - made staying in the hotel after check out very convenient. Location is brilliant. Had a fantastic sleep. Would return!

We caught a yellow bus from the airport very convenient the bus drops you at all the hotels only costa $8 one way.nLovely rooms, king size bed, pillows were hard though. The bath tap didn't work but the shower was fine. The bins needed to have bin liners.nThe Naumi amenity kit in the bathroom was a good idea however on opening it one of the toothbrushes was dirty. The conference room was really good and the cameras perfect.

As we entered the hotel there was a strong unbearable smell in the lobby which was sort of bathroom smell.after that when we were checking in there card blocking system was giving a issue which blocked our card . The room was very nice .nNext day when I asked the reception to send us a hand and body cream which was empty in the bathroom they instantly denied that they don't provide such lotions .. when confirmed that there was an empty bottle in the bathroom they said they would send it which never arrived. When asked for plates for food they denied saying that they don't provide room service and asked us to request the Restaurant staff to give us plates which we had to carry and walk down with till the room *only if they accepted*.nI donot think I will ever return on this property again .. not happy with our stay .

Great service, really easy check in and given all the information we needed for an easy stress free stay and check out was so easy and only took a couple minutes. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. For what we needed for our stay and the location of where we needed to be it was a great stay and we will definitely be back for future trips.
