Coming back after a year, it is a total disappointment.nI booked it because last times experience was really good. The room service was excellent with a welcome snack platter, water, and more.nThis time, nothing. Everything that made this place better than others is gone.nI asked and was told they are under new management and those things are discontinued.nThey had a really good recycling concept, this time not even a rubbish bin in the room.nThe car park is for additional cost now as well.nNext time, I check for a different place.nIt used to be a good place, but it is not any longer.

The convenience of their shuttle service, available for a small fee, makes getting to and from the airport a breeze.nnThe value for money is exceptional. The hotel offers modern amenities and a comfortable atmosphere that exceeds expectations for the price.nnThe service was top-notch; the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. If you're planning to explore the city and nearby attractions, having your own car is definitely a plus. Overall, my experience at Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel was fantastic, and I will certainly be returning on my next visit!

This place was great to stay, the rooms are clean and modern and the staff at the front desk always had excellent customer service. We stayed for 3 nights total. The new menu at the restaurant was delicious too. Highly recommend.

Located at a short distance from Auckland Airport, this hotel is conveniently located with a small shopping block next door. The room we had was comfortable and clean, with a colourful layout making it look more inviting. Some of the rooms are not easy to get to due to the shape of the hotel.nIt would be nice if there were water filters strategically located around the hotel.nWill be back to stay again.
