JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport & Conference Centre

Stayed one night before our flight the next morning with the family. Our room was fantastic and very sound proof which being situated next to the lift was a huge bonus.nnGot room service all of us off the kids menu which was really nice. Beer and wine was ice cold.nnThen there’s the service. Reception was great, they gave me the room key so we could settle the kids while I went back to store the car and book the shuttle. Staff were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. Price was great and worked for us. Booking it was great and straightforward as well. We had our children so booked two rooms with an interconnecting door. Kitchen in our room had everything we needed. Big shower and spa bath in our bedroom was absolute luxury. Buffet breakfast is priced reasonably and has a great variety of food for everyone. Service is lovely. The only thing was we arrived at 3:45 and had to wait another 40 minutes before checking in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered a complimentary hot drink, but chose to go and come back as our children were restless from a long drive. We stayed on the bottom floor, no outdoor flow or anything really to look at outside. But thankfully we weren’t too bothered by that as we were busy everyday, but would love to have a balcony with a view when we stay again next time.

It was a delight to stay at this hotel. We had the 2bm suite/family suite with an interconnecting door between the rooms. The main bedroom had a Queen bed, a lounge area with couch, a small dining table, coffee table plus a coffee machine etc. The other room had 2 x double beds. Both rooms had their own bathrooms and also small balconies outside the bedrooms and the lounge area so you were able to open the doors for fresh air if you so desired.nIt was extremely quiet considering the proximity to the airport & they had a free shuttle to and fro from the airport.nThere was a restaurant and bar so food was available all day & there was even a friendly resident cat.nThe staff were excellent & the best of all it was spotlessly clean!nThis is will be without a doubt my 'go to' hotel from now on :

Very nice room and food. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the hotel staff not allowing us separate rooms when we were put up there due to fog in Christchurch. 3 of us were traveling as part of a tour group and they expected 2 males to sleep together, crazy. It wasn't sorted until 3 in the morning, by which time we were all absolutely buggered

JetPark was convenient, and well appointed. The food was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Friendly and competent service, full marks!nnThe room was lovely with easy to use amenities, great thick towels and robes, but the water pressure and temp was wonky during high traffic times. Everything else was top notch.nnGreat bed, and the heat pump worked well.
