JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport & Conference Centre

We were booked here by our travel agent and got the bus from Auckland international to Jet Park. We didn’t have to wait too long for the bus and the driver was very helpful in stowing our bags before taking us to the hotel.nAs the bus was full we expected to wait for ages to be checked in but it wasn’t too long to wait.nCheck in was easy and our room was spacious with a lovely comfortable bed.nWe ate in the lounge bar the dining room was very full and noisy, enjoyed a shared meal and a couple of drinks.nMy only issue was with the account for our dinner and drinks…this was emailed to us with incorrect information about our meal. I queried this via email and the response was quick and the matter cleared up quickly.nThe bus in the morning took us to the airport- the driver a cheerful friendly fellow.nAll in all a happy experience

My stay was wonderful. 24hr Cafe type food which I indulged in at 10.30pm plus breakfast had so many options. Cooked breakfasts. Many cereals, fruits, juices, yogurt, - staff fantastic, friendly, polite and helpful - would definitely stay again

Quick overnight stop before flying out the next morning. The hotel was clean and pleasing in appearance. The room had all we needed and more. There was an option to ask for different types of pillows but the ones on the bed were great. The bed was comfortable. There were bath robes in the room. Plenty of towels. There was lots of space for two of us and four pieces of luggage. My favorite part was opening the fridge to find fresh cold water and milk. A cold cup of water was needed by us both, and then I was so happy after a day of driving to make a cup of tea and relax. It’s a small thing but it said “welcome to our hotel, we’ve been expecting you.”

I was totally taken a back with the high standards of Jet Park Hotel Auckland.nI had booked one night prior to traveling overseas it was a great start to my holiday.It already felt I was away.The service , room , bar and restaurant were excellent. The staff were so helpful and impeccably dressed and courteous.nI then spent two unintentional nights on my return due to domestic flight being canceled. Again it felt like an extension of my holiday. So well done to all of you

Stayed one night before our flight the next morning with the family. Our room was fantastic and very sound proof which being situated next to the lift was a huge bonus.nnGot room service all of us off the kids menu which was really nice. Beer and wine was ice cold.nnThen there’s the service. Reception was great, they gave me the room key so we could settle the kids while I went back to store the car and book the shuttle. Staff were amazing. Would highly recommend.
