JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport & Conference Centre

I stayed at the hotel on 1 June and had a great experience. The room was comfortable and well maintained, but I must talk about the restaurant. The manager/server/host recommended the Lamb Shank special, and it was absolutely divine!! Tender, full of flavour and huge for its price! Then I headed for the bar and their wine selection is pretty good for an airport hotel!

The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The staff is friendly and the garden design is lovely. There's plenty of parking free and an EV charger. Big plus is the complimentary airport shuttle.nnThe design in the rooms is not the most inspiring, but you can't have everything.nnThe most disappointing aspect of the stay was the breakfast. We paid more than 30 dollars per person, only to find instant coffee quality coffee, messy buffet table and in general not that high quality dishes. The dinner last night was so good that we were expecting better. For the price, we expected more. Next time I'd skip the breakfast and just use the nice Nespresso machine that they provide in the room.

We stayed here for an overnight stop… Flew in from Australia and then was picking up our motorhome in the morning. The shuttle bus was very easy, and a bonus that it was included in the cost of the accommodation. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious enough for the four of us 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 14yo, comfortable beds and very quiet at night With no traffic or airport noise. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and with four meals One kids meal it came to approximately $120 nz which I thought was very reasonable. As we had to be at the motorhome depot at 9 am, we elected to have some toasted sandwiches and pastries at the cafe downstairs which worked out perfectly for us. Would highly recommend this place.

Amazing staff. Could not fault the service turned up late due to delayed flight they held the kitchen open so we could get a meal. Didn't feel rushed, everyone was friendly and kind after a long day of travel. Meals were great. Nothing was an issue.nRooms were clean and comfortable.nWould highly recommend.

We stayed in Block 4, Level 2. Our room was a deluxe twin room which had 2 queen beds, the room was clean and nice. We had a large window and a veiw of the carpark.nNegatives: Our room came with no microwave or toaster, the beds were hard, and we all woke up with sore backs. The pillows were uncomfortable. When the aircon was on low it was noisy and sounded like a plane flying over, but the room got hot without it on, due to having no windows to open. No outlet plugs! We had to unplug the room phone and charge one thing at a time. No hairdryer. The shower head twists unnecessarily while you're showering. No movie channels - the TV programmes were boring.
