Our family stayed here for 3 nights. Price was great and worked for us. Booking it was great and straightforward as well. We had our children so booked two rooms with an interconnecting door. Kitchen in our room had everything we needed. Big shower and spa bath in our bedroom was absolute luxury. Buffet breakfast is priced reasonably and has a great variety of food for everyone. Service is lovely. The only thing was we arrived at 3:45 and had to wait another 40 minutes before checking in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered a complimentary hot drink, but chose to go and come back as our children were restless from a long drive. We stayed on the bottom floor, no outdoor flow or anything really to look at outside. But thankfully we weren’t too bothered by that as we were busy everyday, but would love to have a balcony with a view when we stay again next time. Rooms: We got two interconnecting rooms. One standard room with 2 queen beds and 1 with kitchen, lounge and a king bed with spa bath and big shower. Both rooms are spacious and beds are so comfortable! We were cold some nights, but there are heat pumps in every room which was great for us! Food & drinks: We did buffet breakfast twice, first time was not that great with food being lukewarm and not as fresh. But then second time food was delicious snd fresh!

Stayed one night before our flight the next morning with the family. Our room was fantastic and very sound proof which being situated next to the lift was a huge bonus. Got room service all of us off the kids menu which was really nice. Beer and wine was ice cold. Then there’s the service. Reception was great, they gave me the room key so we could settle the kids while I went back to store the car and book the shuttle. Staff were amazing. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a family room interconnecting. Room was on 3rd floor with a lovely small balcony, but a very long walk from reception, which after a tiring day felt a bit exhausting for the kids and I. Spacious rooms and well appointed, although just tea and coffee making facilities/items coffee pod machine was great! - so while heating food in microwave was helpful, we had no plates or cutlery! Downsides - shower in one of the rooms 3236 seemed to be hard to keep all of the water inside the shower area, and some noisy maintenance clanging on Sunday afternoon in the hallway/roof went on for around an hour. Good car parking and quiet, safe location. Overall, good value for money for what we paid online special for the family room. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the service and food was fantastic. Definitely recommend the lamb fillet main.

Had to stay here due to a flight cancellation, at airlines expense. Was sent an email with booking details including a $30 meal voucher. Staff refused to honour the meal voucher for all passengers affected. Even when shown the official email with the reference number that matched my booking number, the concierge was rude and abrupt saying "That is your problem we are only supplying the room". Do NOT stay here, staff are inconsiderate, rude sub-humans. Management should really re-evaluate their hiring policy as it is failing dismally. Would have given zero stars if I could. Edit in response to owners reply. Even after I showed the official booking confirmation I received noting the $30 credit, your concierge was still exceptionally rude. You obviously received the same booking notice as you accepted it, so you are obviously lying in your excuse. I have travelled to NZ more than 10 times for both work and holidays, have stayed in excess of 40 different accommodation providers, you are the 1st that I wouldn't go to again.

JetPark was convenient, and well appointed. The food was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Friendly and competent service, full marks! The room was lovely with easy to use amenities, great thick towels and robes, but the water pressure and temp was wonky during high traffic times. Everything else was top notch. Great bed, and the heat pump worked well.

Absolutely love this place, the receptionist is so lovely and ensured that everything was correct. The food at the flying fish was incredible. They took care of my car while I was travelling for free! Please stay here if you can it’s 15 minutes to the airport and is soooooo lovely. Rooms: The rooms are tidy and have nice decor, shower pressure is a bit meh but other than that love it.

We stayed one night at JetPark. We found the check-in process easy; staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, and rooms well equipped with tea, coffee and bathroom items. The only areas for improvement, the room service menu was hard to locate it is on the TV, breakfast was cold when it was delivered to the room and a set of blackout blinds would be amazing!

Could not have felt more welcome when arriving late from a flight. Shuttle and hotel staff were amazing. Room had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was superb with loads of options. Suggest making a booking including breakfast. Safety: Monitored security gates, car park cameras, and separate locked section for long term car parking at $8 a day. Food & drinks: Delicious breakfast with plenty of selections - cereals, fruits, breads, pastries, yoghurts, and cooked options. Lots of teas and coffees, and an onsite barista.

Stayed over night when flying out early the next morning. Pet friendly, had our dog stay in our room for several hours. Comp toys and food and nibbles. Free shuttle and free parking for 5 days. Great service, staff very friendly. Will stay again. Rooms: Clean and tidy

Love this hotel. Affordable. Comfortable. Close to the airport with free shuttles. I stayed 1 night and this was my preferred choice of all the hotels. It turned out to be the wisest choice. The room so spacious and has everything u need. Love the artificial sweetener as I don't use raw sugar. Love the added cookies with real full cream. Lot's of tea, cocoa, coffee choices. Minimal noise too. I can't wait to come back. Airport Shuttle - very easy to find at the airport. Follow the shuttle/taxi sign to lane 5. Jetpark bus is standing out. It's big. U won't miss it.
