Holiday Inn Auckland Airport

This hotel went well above and beyond our expectations. The staff, particularly Syvannah, were so nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. And the dinner and breakfast buffets you could get there were exceptional. My family is doing a tour around the north island, stopping for only one or two nights in each location, and we all said we were staying there longer because it was so pleasant.

Stayed here for work and the customer service was fantastic, after an issue with my room i informed the front desk and they moved me with no fuss. The GM Renato also made sure i was ok and was very attentive… only thing i would say is that the carpets in the room and staircase probably needs replacing soon as its becoming tatty and the bathroom exhaust fan should be on the same switch as the lights so that its not running all night. Would stay again

Had a great stay before a morning flight the next day. The staff were incredible, with great service - Tumaira gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The rooms are a little aging but comfortable, and the beds are great. Generous buffet breakfast with lots of options.

Was just there overnight after a delayed international flight made me miss my domestic connection. The place was nice and tidy and comfortable for the nights stay. The evening check-in staff Tu, I think was very friendly and I must give a big thanks to Marita and the front desk staff manager for helping me when the yellow bus didn't turn up in the morning. As we weren't sure how long a taxi would take and I was under pressure to get my flight, they offered to drive me to the airport. Wonderful service above and beyond!

I recently had breakfast at the Holiday Inn Auckland Airport, and it was fantastic. The buffet had a great variety, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and. Everything was delicious and fresh.nnThe dining area was clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Even though I didn’t stay overnight, the breakfast experience alone was impressive. Highly recommend stopping by for a great meal!
