Front staff was friendly and accommodating.nnPerfect location and the rooms were clean and spacious.nnLoved how we could park at the back but also could come through the back door which made it easy.nnLoved the little breakfast, such a good price for stay.nnWould be 5star but only little con was the air con. Not sure if it wasn’t working? But felt so hot in the room was having a hard time to sleep, even had to fan myself even when putting it on 19• maybe wasn’t strong enough? should’ve asked staff to help but was after midnight and super tired.nnWill definitely be back. Loved our stay all together

Excellent stay the night before picking up my family from the airport, the room was modern, clean and spacious with a kettle coffee/tea/hc bits provided. Parking felt safe and the reception staff were lovely.nGood location to the airport, only an 8 minute drive and they were part of the shuttle service.

This hotel is unexpectedly fantastic! We arrived late at night and just as a stopover before our flight the next day and found the rooms light and open and the bed very comfortable. We were surprised at the free breakfast in the morning which was both cooked and continental, a very pleasant surprise! The hotel also had a scale so we could weigh our bags prior to the airport which was so useful! Also the shuttle service to the airport was faultless, it was on time and so cheap, would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

The room is clean. There is an airport shuttle bus for just NZD 8, but make sure to check the timetable.nnThe hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and there’s nothing around. I ordered a soup and fried rice for dinner at the hotel. The soup was like water, and the fried rice didn’t taste any better. It is not a good value, so make sure to have your dinner or get takeaway before checking in to the hotel.nnBreakfast is also included, which is a bonus. However, it only offers instant coffee, and you have to pay extra for a proper coffee.

Really glad we chose to stay at this hotel after arriving from Brisbane at 10pm on a Friday night. Was the most affordable of all options and easy to get to on the yellow bus. Room very modern and clean, beds very comfortable. An unexpected bonus of complimentary breakfast which included many options of both hot and cold foods. Lovely man at reception was very welcoming and made check in a breeze. 10/10 would stay here again.
