Sudima Auckland Airport

OK, I have to say we picked absolutely the perfect hotel! This hotel is four minutes from the airport after you get your rental car, which is a little bit of work this place is so close you can just be in your room very quick. We landed in a rainstorm. It was dark and it was great to just get here…. we made reservations for dinner. My wife had snapper and I had a fillet. just an outstanding meal after a nine hour flight.nnThe breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic!nThis place has 4.5 stars I would absolutely agree with that. We were so tired we didn’t use the pool or the small gym or anything like that.

Good points: Friendly staff at front desk, complimentary sanitary products, comfortable beds, nice shower, chrome cast on tv.nnWe were a family of 4 so would have been good to have 4 towels in bathroom, food was pretty yum in buffet breakfast but might be better if the bacon, eggs, sausages and mushrooms etc had a better warmer they were pretty much cold at 7:30am. We found some rubbish under our beds.nnOverall it was a nice place and we would probably stay again

Check in staff were fantastic, warm and welcoming. Restaurant and bar staff were also very good. Made for a positive and happy vibe.nClean, tidy and reasonably modern rooms, nothing special but nice enough!

Fantastic stay, indoor pool was a must for kids esp as we travelled in winter. Gym had weights and a bench. Breakfast was one of the best for a hotel in this price range! $12 Uber ride to the airport.
