Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport

Alex / Alice from reception was amazing, I left my coffee cup in between lobby or shuttle and she made the whole effort to look for it and called me back. She was amazing!nnApart from my room continuosly being cleaned and top-up, the service of the whole reception is amazing! They even help me with laundry stuff and always ready to assist when we need the shuttle. So good!

Amazing. To get off a flight with a toddler at 1am and everything in our room was set up perfect we just so appreciate it. Shower was excellent, comfy bed and pillows. No road noise and dark curtains are a huge win. Room was very clean. Staff so helpful, friendly & kind. I would 100% stay here again and just annoyed we were only there a few hours before flying home! Keep up the fab work team :

Really happy with my stay which was just one night for a layover. Easy instructions to follow to get picked up by their airport shuttle and taken to the hotel and then checked into my room. Nice double bed, spacious, big window which I could open, comfy bed and had all the things you might need like a jug, fridge, iron, soaps, tv. The place has an outdoor pool & spa which was great and a gym and restaurant. There was also a space to do work, lounge and they had a book shelf. It's a pretty quiet area and close to the airport so perfect for layovers. The staff were lovely and accommodating, so I was very happy with my stay and good pricing.

Great stay, restaurant had good food. Comfortable beds. Had everything you need. I really liked the touch of the make-up face cloth and make-up wipes, along with the personal welcome card. Nice and clean. Great value for money.

An excellent hotel to stay at. Shuttles to and from the airport are complimentary. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable queen beds.nWe went to the lobby after settling in for a drink and bar food and watched the last part of the Warriors v Broncos game in comfy chairs.nLovely cooked breakfast the next morning in the restaurant. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying and Heartland Hotel AAAA++++
