Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport

Heartland Hotel never fails to impress. I always enjoy my time there. The airport shuttle pick up and drop.off is prompt, the driver is very helpful. The staff at reception are courteous and friendly.nBut the best part of a stay is breakfast although dinner is great too. 5.30am and the staff are ready and waiting for the early risers and the scrambled eggs are the best I've had. I actually managed to compliment the chef this morning when she brought them out to the buffet.

Great stay, easy check-in in with friendly helpful staff. Good deals on food and bar. We had dinner and breakfast and both were really good.nRooms were nice and spacious, very clean and very comfy bed.nFree shuttle to the airport is so much better than other hotels with the bus.nWe'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect Airport Accommodation. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Shuttle and check in process is smooth and effortless. In house restaurant has tasty, good quality meals. Have tried other airport hotels that cost more, but this one outdid them in all areas. Will always use them from now on. Staff are friendly, helpful and super-efficient.

Amazing customer service, they went above and beyond. As a family for 4 with two small kids after a day of travel we were very tired. We needed to stop at the pharmacy so the free hotel shuttle kindly stopped on the way home for us. Then at checkout time when our sick baby was still having a nap we were offered a much later checkout so he could sleep. So family friendly, great facilities, amazing customer service. I would definitely reccomend for all families who are traveling and need a place to stay by the airport.
