Airport Gateway Hotel

The room is ok, but there is only one rubbish bin in the whole appartement and I even found bugs in the toilet sink.nThe service is nice, the staff is kind.nThe sound insulation is barely working, I can hear what's going on in the corridor and the neighbors chatting.

Really enjoyed this place. Rooms were clean and no smell of smoke. The bed was comfy, the blankets and pillows were fluffy. The shower was great, no low flow nozzle, lots of pressure.nnThe hotel being right off the highway was fantastic, we took lots of road trips and being able to pop on n' off the highway was great

Had the executive suite for our family. Good sized rooms apart from the mould in the bathroom, hall and on the windows.nUsed bath towels were left from previous guests, ew. Floor was greasy and sticky and the smell awful. Shower was broken and a function that supposedly was to finish at 10pm was loud all night making sleep hard. It was a last minute booking as our original place cancelled so although they had availability was disgusted at the standard of the room for the price paid. Never again.

It is a cheap hotel that is just up the road from the airport. The photos make it look more luxurious than it is, the nicest part was the reception, the rest is a little run down. We stayed in the 3 bed room and the beds were hard. The rooms were hot but couldn't get the temp down below 21'C. Bathroom door could not lock, the tv had no remote. The food was ok but not great.

Terrible allergy response.nnCheck out the filth under the bed and behind it.nnTerrible sleep and very much not up to standard for a busy hotel.nnDisappointed especially for such a short stay.nnManagement needs to talk too long to solve the email feedback. Even after talking to the receptionist and another a day later.nnCome on, don't spot clean your rooms and let dust build up under the beds. Undies. Chocolate block, old rubbish and heavily dusty. Wrappers. Condom fragments...nnWonder how dirty the mattresses are.nnNot OK
